Its situated in business bay about the price what u expect to have a supermarket in the luxurious business hub of Dubai . But affordable then others. Have small cafeteria as well.

The guy who answered my call @3:22 Pm today is very rude! He must learn how to respond properly and communicate calmly with the customer.

A mini supermarket and a food mall with quick meals. From savouries, salads to grilled veggies and meats. Its adequately stocked and the food is fast moving with some alternatives if one is a regular customer. They could use more variety.You could eat there on their high stools or chairs or just grab a take away.

The grocery is good but it has the worst parking ever. Beware don’t go. I wonder who designed the parking. Especially owners of large cars need to be doubly careful

I already made a complaint on there website but I didnt receive any response. There cashier lady (morning shift) i forgot her name but i mentioned it on my past complaint. She is very rude and racist. Every day we are buying to this shop either personal or office thing, everytime she is putting the things on bag she put it very carless and she always allow me to pack my things (i dont mind if i will pack it) but I can see that she is doing that on other customer very friendly manner, and one time i buy something in the morning for my breakfast and my money is 100 AED she doesnt want to change it but i saw on her cash box there is a change and when the guy next to me pay his things and his money is 100 AED she give change. She is not good on customer service.By the way same day there is also arabic lady fights to her.

I used to go there and buy and most of the times there was mistake in my bill and money and I paid. One night I have focused and I told cashier why you charge me 10 aed more. Suddenly he get my vegetables and weight them again and increase the money of them. He told me now its ok. What is it? He change the price. I never going to go there again.
