Looks very small, but efficient. A nice place with all fresh items including groceries, vegetables and food. Great overall, thought itd be more expensive than similar supermarkets but it wasnt.There is no free parking. I like their hospitality and friendly staffs, very clean place.

So much convenient. I usually get my breakfast and lunch when im at work. The place is clean. Maybe they just need to add more items.

Almost all kinds of Indian Asian species and grocery including cosmetics are available in best prices.

The drinks and water are placed far deep inside the shop where you have to take a long walk to reach to simple essential items

This grocery have serious problems in picking up calls. I have to call them minimum 10 times to pick up the call, after that they will take their own sweet time to deliver, and it might take maybe 2- 2 hours and half.

I love the Choithrama Bay Square ,specially coz the variety of Fresh food available and not to mention the cleanliness of the supermarket but today ( Thursday 25th March 2021 ) I had a very disappointing customer service experience with one of their staff called JANE who was supposed to be assisting customers in the Fresh food sections but was busy chit chatting with the other staff totally ignoring the fact that I was standing not even 10 steps away from her to be served and when I say EXCUSE ME she looks up at me with a very angry face maybe because I disturbed her while she was doing something else chit chatting with her colleague. Extremely disappointing service and when I asked her for her name she is asking to take her ID details if I want , which shows that I dont care attitude from her......I have spoken to the manager who was in charge to inform him on the same for which he apologized.

Good option for lunch, their food counter is quite good, chicken is often overcooked but the veggies are very nice. Over all definitely a go to outlet for decent inexpensive meals.

A quick and smooth grocery shopping. But i wasnt able to find some of my recipe ingredients. I ask two personnel to assist, but they are not familiar about the product and just pointing me randomly in the store.

Worst service I order some stuff they say that they will send me in 30 min but iam waiting for 2.30 hour for my delivery .I call them 3 time and finally they say me that I have to wait 40 min more .waho thats nice keep it up .🙁☹
