Never trust their staff members here, they are thiefs, they will always charge you more than whats mentioned in the offer leaflet and when you notice and compare the prices on the Bill, they will claim that That particular item is over.Always crosscheck the rates at the checkout counter, they are fooling aroundhaving Pathetic experience with them since last 3 years..... As usual this branch for almaya supermarket is really good and perfectAll the varieties and options are available with reasonable priceThis branch specially have a very good Costa machine inside with a cheap price only 10 aed and the perfect thing that the quality is really good tried cappuccino and espresso many times and always perfect tast

Worst service ever in Dubai silicon oasis branch.I am new in this area. I ordered 2 times , first order they missed to deliver the item. Than staff even doesn’t know how to talk to customer. Today i ordered again and i received laban instead of milk even after 2 and half hour. And upon asking staff they are saying now they can deliver after iftaar. What is going on ? I am damn sure its not only happening with me but all the customers in the area. Because supermarket staff doesn’t know what is happening. Next time i will not order again. Either change your management or close the market.

I gave 2 stars cuz one time I bought bag of rice . When i reached home i saw insect inside the rice , i went there to complain, they took the rice and put back so someone else to buy it . This is not first time seeing insect in the store and always avoiding to buy things from them .The only good about it they are opening 24/7

Its good everything available but sometimes they misguide the customer. something else is written on the price tag on the rack and when you go at the counter for bill it is mostly different. It happened with me many times.

Almaya super market is good for household shopping but little short of parking space!

As being new to DSO community .. went there .. went twice because of the time crisis and it was a building away .it is dirty , not properly managed and foul smell.. dont feel like touching any productwould not visit again ever ,no matter what ...

Neat and medium mart, average variety, vegetables and fruits is good some how, cooking daily meals if ur office is around,Most of time one cashier Q

They are literally the worst people. The store was scheduled to be closed at 10, we reached there at 9.30 and they were not letting us enter then after alot of arguments when we entered and were buying oir grocery their annoying store manager start walking behind us as if we were some kind of thieves, at exact 9:55 he started asking us to leave, the whole situation was embarrassing and they literally do not have any respect for customers. Shame!

Good supermarket and the only 24x7 supermarket in Dubai Silicon Oasis. You can get most of your groceries here with free parking. However, they can use all 4 cash counters during rush hours to avoid longer ques.

One star for some of the offers they have. They loose all points on customer service. Poor is the right word for their customer service. People on the checkout are least bothered about your queries. They will point you towards a direction just to ignore you and when you question back they will start talking amongst themselves in their home language.

At first i was overwhelmed because they had a free delivery when you go and pay directly in the supermarket its good because i need to go to work but i need to buy something for my family but it takes long for the delivery man to come ive waited for almost 3 hours the first 2 hours is like you need to call them over and over and they will inform tha the driver will just go just now along with the the orders wow its make me surprise like hello we are only in silicon and not just that i receive the order around 3 pm already to think that i paid around 10:30 am im the shop . Very low quality service instead the customer will be very happy and give a tip to the delivery guy it will ruin the mood of customers for waiting and the result all your bad moods of waiting will be thrown to the delivery man.Very very bad service ...../

Building parking staff behavior is so bad and rude. Guy name Prince talks very badly. He let the car go inside as barrier is open but while coming out he demands for parking ticket and waste time and argues.

They have everything you need but.. there is a stinky smell at the entrance which is always there. Also, at rush hours u will probably wait for 30 minutes just to reach the counter... very slow service (the staff are doing their best, but the counters are not enough, only 2)

Worst home delivery service I have ever seen. Received the wrong items for the 4th time. If it was once or twice they can say by mistake but it happened every time just because of their careless. Last time I requested to take back the wrongly delivered items at 8:30pm and the person finally arrived at 11pm to collect it. Very disappointing service and will never order again

Their idea for oncall orders is to loot. Ordered a mutton leg. Just to get more money they attached another piece to it, which is not part of the leg itself. Neither they cleaned it. Be aware of ordering any meat item with them over a phone call.

The best super market in Silicon oasis. It is near the Big SIT Tower. It is also were pioneers with the free home delivery concept which it operates 24-hours, a feat that no other retailer can claim. You get all you need in this supermarket. From fresh fruits to vegetables, meat, fish, etc.

The Al Maya Silicon Oasis is a one of the biggest convenient store in DSO. There is a good selection of products, but unfortunately, the space is particularly messy in the back part of the shop. Some effort were taken recently to improve that, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. The location is convenient with its ground floor free parking.

Its not the worst grocery store but its definitely not the best. If its convenient i would recommend it but i wouldnt go out of my way to shop there.

Sorry to say that, but when I entered today .. after 1 minute just decided to do some shopping in carrefure. Shopping basket was literally black and sticky. All dirty. There is more greenary and buildings. Also we can sit when are tired. It has picnic spot. More no of people do picnic and kitty party. There are flowers of different colors. Also we can see different kinds of kinds in different colors. They are of different sizes. Some grasses have crop and savarna grass like appearance. The buildings add beauty. We got to see huge no of vehicles. We got to see cars, motorbikes, busses. Also it is a best place for walk. Many people used to bring dogs. I enjoy holding their pets. They are very adorable It is a beautiful place. The place is full of beautiful streets and nature. There is a rta bus stop. It provides a relaxing environment. Also there are shops and saloons nearby. It is more convenient.

Its great because they deliver, all other big supermarket dont. Only problem is that they dont have a portable card machine to make payments. I was assisted by a very helpful man called manoj.

Large store, variety in all sections but a bit disappointed in the stationary section when I went to buy a pack of pencils. There was only one ( never heard of before) brand available. Was surprised that a large store like Al Maya didnt have a choice of writing pencils. Left the store disappointed 😟.

Good place to shop at. Used to travel everyday for an evening walk, and would sometimes shop at Al Maya. Decent rates, but not by any means, cheap.
