Not-well organised, chaotic with missing prices, especially for the items in the refrigerators. It is not very clean. Convenient working hours, but thats it.

Billing Staff needs training about customer service , atleast educate them to wish back once customer wishes them, no improvements seen for last 3 years . rest all fine , Definitely one of the best supermarkets around, good and fresh food and to be honest prices are reasonable too, not too high as some say.

Supermarket is very nice and the variety of the products are quite good.The person who helps with the fruit and vegetables weight is super nice.But delivery service is super long (same building delivery took them more than 1hour) and the ladies who answer the calls are extremely rude and have only one answer we will check for anything.Sometimes when they are not willing to make delivery, they are just saying this item is not available or we are waiting for supplier to bring it, but when you go same time by your own, be sure that everything is available in the store.

They offer almost all things that a Supermarket should have. However, prices are a bit higher. Delivery takes too long though (more than 1 hour) and most of the time, when you call, they wont answer.

The supermarket is fine. Lacks in customer service, especially the tattooed guy with the long hair who sits in the accounts room. One of the most rude and unprofessional people I’ve come across. I hope Al Maya management can train him on customer service as he was main reason I stopped shopping there.

Very bad experience with this shop, their prices are way higher than any other supermarket, they put wrong prices on Careem for the products then they ask you to pay more or to reduce the quantity of the order to meet their new price, what a bad way of selling never buying not letting any family member buying from them

Many things wrong with this place.1. Hygiene standards need improving particularly as no sanitisation of products is occurring despite claims by mgmt.2. The check out ladies are severely undertrained and cant handle more than quick scanning and payment. There is no space to store bought products.3. The aisles are too narrow and do not give the impression of being very clean.4. They frequently run out of items and do not replace promptly.5. The phone tings incessantly and is ignored.

Delivery made us wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes, when we call back for follow up, they said order was not placed and end up waiting again for 30 minutes. Bravo!

Very bad supermarket. The space cant accommodate either the overstocked products or customers walking narrow aisles with staff leaving goods as obstacles in the way. Social distancing virtually impossible!!Checkout staff are too hasty and untrained. Limited space to pack bought items.Overall a very bad experience and 5lthe store hopelessly managed!!

The customer service is horrible, the staff is rude and ignorant. It is one of the few supermarkets in Sports city, but try to avoid it. The prices are high, although considering the fact that it operates 24hours is understandable.

The worst customer service ever! I received my order missing when in fact i paid for the missing items. When i called them, they were rude, so disrespectful, refused to send the items and hung up on me. Will never order from them again.And btw, their market smells!

During this pandamic situation, I tired calling them on (04 451 9074) 19 times in an interval of 4 hours on 21 April 2020, twice the call was received and disconnected to avoid the constant calling, I visited them for grocery the next day on 22 April 2020, asked the cashier whether was there any issue with their phone on 21 April, the lady refused and replied everything is fine, I asked for the store manager, as per their staffs it is his week off, to get clarification I spoke with his assistant, he apologies, to justify my complaint I called on their number in front of him, there was no response, we went to the phone desk where the calls are recived, even after listening to the phone rings the staff was least bothered to respond to the call, with the only grocery option available in Sports City, they are taking things for granted. I would never recommend to visit them, also to elaborate I shall be complaining to the police in regards with their lethargic attitude towards the current situation.

Staff are rude and unhelpful when you ask them to check the price of items, there is no price on majority of the products 💁🏼‍♀️ also charged us for something we didn’t pay for and didn’t resolve the issue professionally.

Maya supermarket had great service I always go get my groceries from if I am to lazy to go to Carrefour definitely recommend it.

I’ve both shampoo, conditioner, chilli paste and lettuce. Total is 63 dirhams. Clear shampoo is 21 aed, cream silk is 18 dirhams lettuce is 3 aed and chili paste is 8 aed.how come the total is 63 aed.

A local favorite, open 24/7 and delivers groceries 24 hours as well. Have everything a supermarket should have...

No temprature check by the door, they give you a plastic bag to wear it in your hands. The cashier didnt manage to find price of my coffee and didnt even bother to call someone to find the price. I had to call the manager of which they refused to inform him by the beginning, when I reached the manager he didnt provide any solution and I left the super market without the coffee.

Be careful when you order by phone they might bring you something else. You have to be very precise and specific about your orderI ordered Kashkaval Cheese 250 gram (COW) milk. They bring me 350 gram (goat milk)I was in hurry and need it so much quick so i had to take it from him and pay the extra money and compensate the taste.
