Lulu Hypermarket is located in grand floor. Festival plaza branch is one of my most favorite Lulu Hypermarket in Dubai. The reason why we like Festival plaza branch is huge and clean. Size is as much as Al Barsha branch. However, more clean. Prices is low as it is Lulu. Especially, fresh vigitables as well as fruit are nice here.

It is very well designed and completely new hypermarket . Their prices are fair and the sections are well organized as well the shelves . They have a big section for the cooked food , fresh bread ,sweets sushi , sandwiches , all kind of salads and appetizers. All done in a nice and proper way . Highly recommend the visit .

Good option for residents of Discovery gardens and Al Furjan. Vegatables and fruits are much better as compared to other hypermarkets in the area. Usually crowded over the weekends but quiet during the weekdays. Recommend going on a weekday to shop with peace.

As usual Lulu at its best! This Supermarket is more organized and well laid out in comparison from the other Lulu Supermarkets I have visited so far. The best part is the in-house dine-in area where you can pick up eatables and sumptuous meals from the counters and have it there.Great selection of fresh vegetables and fruits. The bakery section is extensive too.

Well laid out hypermarket thats clean and not too busy making it reasonably pleasant for your shopping run in the relatively quiet Festival Plaza mall.You can get pretty much most of your staple items here as you would in a hypermarket, but its not really a place for your upmarket needs. Prices are varied and theres various specials throughout the week - some are good value, some not so much.

Swanky place! Feels more like a Spinneys or even carrefour than distictive Lulu. Extensive bakery with dine in space. Definitely worth visiting if you love grocery shopping as much as I do!

It is one of the biggest supermarkets in Dubai. The prices are similar with Carrefour but sometimes there make unbelievable sales. You should follow the offers closely. Their vegetable and fruits stand is one of the larger with many options.

Not a hyper market but would say a bigger super market but still LULU where we get things we need. Over all the mall looks neat and very well managed.

I was at Ikea and went to this Lulu hypermarket branch and was absolutely shocked how clean and nice it was.Every time Im in the area Id definitely choose this place to shop for groceries, its quiet, not crowded and always clean.I found some products that werent available in other hypermarkets.Great efforts from the managers of this branch.

Not as big as the one in Al Barsha - but gets the work done if requirement is food and groceries.Best thing is - less traffic when commuting from Marina, JLT etc.

Lulu having lot of parking lot and no queue unlike other Lulu .Easy shopping for grocery and kitchen items. This supermarket is well designed and more spacious than other lulu supermarkets. The market is kept clean and provides pleasant shopping experience due to fact its less busy. Parking can be found easily.

Best lulu in town . Compare to others lulu well managed and beautiful hypermarket.

Its big. its new. its sprawling. but its price advantage is no more. with super markets like Viva opening n expanding rapidly and charging phenomenally competitive prices, lulu seems to have been loosing its advantage. their management needs to think about this and give their pricing another makeover and that too not just in the month of Ramadan. for comparison a random product like a broom and handle set for dhs 43 in lulu I was able yo purchase a similar product but under a different brand for dhs 12 in viva.

Its good... Huge variety of items!.. reasonable prices. The bakers and bakery items are very tasty.. pastry and cakes and grilled items also..

Loved their cooked food. For Aed 15 you can have a full meal (rice,dish, and dessert). Theres a lot of variety so you will not get ured of buying same food everysay. It is really budget friendly.

SELF SERVICE CHECKOUT IS VERY INEFFICIENT AND INCONVENIENT TO USE(2 July 2021)1. Process involves scanning the items AND placing them on a small weighing tray before you can scan another item.2. Weighing tray can only accommodate limited number of (rather) small pieces of items.3. Service counter itself is a small congested space. This could have been used as LESS THAN 10 ITEMS LANE ONLY.4. Once scanning and payment is done, AGAIN you have to take out all the scanned items and put it back on your cart and exit the counter only to pack your stuff afterwards. Such an outstanding waste of time!The point of having a self service counter is convenience and efficiency. BOTH OF WHICH WERE NOT ADDRESSED WHEN DESIGNING SUCH COUNTER.Lulu management team, you can do better than this.

This Lulu is bit expensive which i have seen comparatively with Sharjah Lulu supermarkets.But nice Location, Ambience, Neat and Clean.

Did not like the fresh vegetables area, vegetables are not fresh and very old. And alot of items missing like namakin pickles, cinnamon sticks, barbican drinks in thr fridges, al nakhla tahina.. Etc. This what I remember.Hope they can improve.

Small compared to other lulu hypermarkets.Exclusively for food items and other basic need stuffs such as detergent & diapers. You wont find any section for clothes, household stuff, electronics etc like other lulus.

A good place to shop and find yummy foods...no need to wait to eat at home but with a special area inside the hypermarket to sit - relax and enjoy your delicious meal that is freshly baked or grilled...have a happy tummy 😉

Great place for relaxed shopping, not crowded..

Very progressive, new layout with well lit shopping areas and evidently plenty of fresh produce area. The food court area looks to have plenty of options and the checkout lanes appear to be adequate, although it will be challenging shopping here if this mall ever becomes very busy. The grocery store looks a little small for a mall with an IKEA, which is sure to draw large weekend crowds. Rumor has it this will be open by the 27th.

New, spacious not over crowded mall. Not many shops can be found there, but main one Ikea, I believe is most visited by shoppers. Huge parking, a place always can be found easily. I would say it is more home mall with furniture, home wear stores, no Luxury brands. I wish there would be sturbacks one day as well.

By far this is the best LuLu I have been to in UAE. it’s seems like they’re setting a whole new level for the old and rather unpleasant other LuLu branches especially with the fast track smart paying methods that can save you a lot of precious time.Everything is neat and spotless clean, desserts and bakery Tasty and maybe around hundred NEW items. It seems someone worked out a magic wand on this Lulu branch. However, is it going to be this great way always?? Or only post grand opening?! Only time will tellWell done Lulu

Big market . You can find everything in here . Not crazy busy . Just have a look on prices on spot and on your bill . I got biscuits of GD and price was 9.95 but on my bill it was 18.75 . So please have a look . Also management should keep eye on these mistakes

Very new still. Always helpful. Sometimes a bit lost as e.g. wraps can be in 4 different places in the supermarket. But overall easy to shop. Better in the evenings and weekdays than in the weekends.

This Lulu Hypermarket is especially good for fresh fruits and vegetables. It has got all the usual lulu stuff restricted to its size. Food items and snacks are decent variety and good. Household items are limited when compared to another lulu hypermarket due to the limited space. Overall you will love the shopping experience no doubt at all. Ample of parking space is available.

Bought some fish - trevally to be specific and turned those out to be smelly and partially rotten?? I didn’t notice it as those were bathing cold ice. Either your food quality controller educated future on his job role or replaced. We should be worrying about deciding items based on their prices but not identifying what is good vs rotten. Very disappointed.

Its a Lulu. Full size, although without the separate clothing dept store of the main Barsha unit. Better prices and quality than Carrefour. Particularly good butchery and bakery sections, with the bonus of a cheap and handy cafe.

It had been quite a while since I had been to a lulu Hypermarket. It would be an understatement to say that I was pleasantly surprised when I visited this branch. I was wowed. The bakery section was amazing, prices were reasonable and the variety very nice. Visiting this store has changed my perception of lulu hypermarkets and now I look forward and actually prefer to visit a lulu market nearby me because the earlier dated look of lulu hypermarkets is no more. The new generation lulu tvs look very premium.

Thats probably the best and the neatest Lulu Store. The variety and range is massive and offers you almost everything under one roof on a single floor in terms of grocery. However unlike Barsha store where you have electronics and clothing also added, on different levels, this one is pretty much restricted to grocery household fruits and veggies. Though on dining side they do have extensive options like bakery and ready to eat variants like Pizza, rolls, roasted chicken to name a few. Please do not try anything excpet for pastry and few other bakery items. The food tastes horrible and is certainlu old and not worht trying though its extremely tempting

Different varieties of food stuff and groceries available at very high quality and good prices.

Most of the grocery items I am looking for are here. Chicken skin is on my top list if going shopping. Salmon head with some meat/bone is also on top. They have a wide selections of Filipino items as well as items on very low prices. I always enjoy every time I visit Lulu. I always stumble upon items that are having either the best price in the market or like a take away prices.

We arrived there 15-20 minutes before the closing time. Shop keepers (food section) were very busy cleaning and preparing to close than attending the customers. Very bad experience. Not at all welcoming.

This is by far the best LULU. I rate it based on the customer service approach that the team in this store has as compared to other stores. I have almost switched my shopping here completely from Al Barsha LULU. Even the fish counter staff are very friendly and dont ignore you like in other places.Keep it up as the footfall picks up.

A big lulu store with lot of offers especially on frozen items

Great produce, very very organized especially in the bread, produce and Butcher area. Good variety of options but Im sure it will have more options once traffic and customers picks up at this store location.

Plenty parking, lesser crowd, large store, easy staff, everything in one place. Also, you could spend time in other stores at the Festival plaza. The inconvenience being that if you have already shopped, then you’d need to carry your bags around unless you’ve parked nearby.

Especially if you visited other Lulus and go there with that expectations. clothing, stationery etc are not available here. But super market stuffs are well organized and their food section is with variety of food items. Lot of parking space. If you take the church & Gurdwara road it is easy to go to Lulu parking directly.

Terrible fruit. I couldnt eat all Mangostines.
