Neat and clean. Entry and exit is covered up right now due to ongoing construction. Size wise, its more like the neighborhood local store rather than the usual monstrous hypermarket setup. Staff were super courteous and helpful. 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

Easily accessible from road. Range of products is good and well arranged. Customer service is good. Fresh fruits, salads and vegetables available here. The location and store are ideal especially convenient for nearby hotel guests and for working people to have a quick shopping. Will visit again.

Nice small shop, you ll find french bread

The attendants are unfriendly. One time I asked for an exchange of a product, they declined as I didnt have a receipt. Despite my being a very regular customer there and of course they could have checked online as they have a record. Zoom at the Burj Al Salam Tower is 100 times better.

Good Carrefour Market outlet located on the ground floor of Duja Towers on Shaikh Zayed road. All standard items available such as fruits, groceries vegetables snacks etc etc. This store apart from catering to the neighborhood Appartments also caters to the Grand Sheraton Dubai Hotel which is exactly next door. However this store does not have too many discount offers like in other Carrefour stores.

My experience with carrefour has been disastrous. I’m living a complete nightmare: My recommendation would be don’t buy any appliance whatsoever from Carrefour. We purchased an Ariston washing machine less than a year ago.. it’s brand new: we weren’t even in Dubai in the summer so that machine has barely been used. Something went wrong with the computer.. the technician advised they couldn’t repair it at the house so they took it away.. and then he nightmare started.. what was promised to be repaired within days ended up now a month and a half and it isn’t over yet. I’m without a washing machine my laundry bill is 5 times the price of this Ariston washing machine... and to add insult to injury.. nobody ever calls back.. or follows up after calling Carrefour over the phone numerous times...If I knew it would take so long I would have bought a new machine.. but they kept lying and deceiving us about when they would be receiving the Spair part to fix it...that they had to order from abroad..

Visit Carrefour Market, close to the property. I have everything I need. Renegade Royal Jelly. No fade out cream. No macadamia soap. Ah royal jelly is a bit expensive compared to large stores. It was good to be close though.

This supermarket is in almost every mall in Dubai and offers many interesting goods. You should definitely try the local specialties that are offered in the store, they are very tasty.
