They have absolutely the best bakery in UAE. Keto, Vegan, Paleo, healthy, low carbs, and high protein bread! I would never miss their monthly 20% sale to get my monthly need for gluten free vegan bread. They also have several other vegan options like cheese, yogurt, tofu! This is the only store in UAE that sells Taifun Tofu! The smoked one is a must try. They have also organic vegetables and fruits.

With your overpriced products, at least have proper plastic bags with a handle! How cheap are the bags you’re using!

As an organic shopping joint I give it my thumbs up! The organic meats section had cuts that were reasonably priced not mention them being from France and hormone-free- unlike more popular organic stores that make organically raised meat seem so unaffordable! Theres a wide variety of healthy snacks, butters, pickled items, rice and pasta alternatives, soups (got the meat broth too yesterday) and breakfast options, the gluten, egg-free pancake batters were reasonably priced. Spotted some superfoods such Chlorella and Spirulina which I plan to try soon and also which I have not spotted in other organic stores, arrowroot powder which is so full of benefits and a bakery with a wide choice of seed-based bread. On the other hand another downside is while some items are priced OKAY-ish there are are some that seems unreasonably priced like the latte mixes. However, coming here set with a list of products to buy is great, discuss with your functional medicine provider of what foods you need to pick because this is a great place with whatever they have otherwise. They have a WhatsApp number with which you can get in touch with the store. They regularly send you updates about new releases and how to use their Ingredients through various recipes which is great because it gives you an idea of what other organic ingredients you need to pair your meals up with, it seems like this next level of one-on-one communication but with an intention to HEAL you! Their website has all details too. Additionally, they have special discount days so stay tuned to their website or WhatsApp updates to make your purchases. The shop needs to have more choice in terms of popular brands such as Organic Larder, superfood berries and more homemade and/or locally sourced options, in that way Organic Foods and cafe has more choice and variety. Also, I feel that the special discount day should be fixed similar to Organic Foods and cafe who have it on the first Sunday of every month, so that people can look forward to it and better plan their shopping lists and day accordingly.

Very disappointing customer experience. I am a regular customer of this store and had placed an order through instashop and one of the items was missing. Manager of the shop was not willing to send a replacement. Spent 30 minutes on the phone and had the worst experience over a 20 dirham item that they didnt want to replace. This should have been resolved in 20 seconds. This store does not appreciate your repeat business and not worth encouraging.
