Good service

VIVA SUPERMARKET JEBEL ALI INDUSTRIAL BRANCH.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The cashiers were not accomodating and not giving the customers satisfaction.We should not recommend this store and you will not wish to come if you dont want to waste your time! negative 1 star for this branch!We did not receive any good treatment in this branch.We came there 3 times and they never failed to disappoint us,the first time we came, i was asking for the shoe sizes and the lady said:there is nothing (without even looking at my item)👎👎👎. The second time its about my friend who is paying in the counter,the cashier told him:we are having a meeting.Is that means they will not accept any payments? if they are having a meeting so you have to put someone else to transact payments or you better close the market first if they are not accepting customers payment👎👎👎. The 3rd time,it happened to us last night, i and my friends came at exactly 11:53pm in the market.We clearly red that the market will close at 12AM,we asked the guard as well,and he said:yes we are still open.We came inside and saw one lady fixing in the bread section,my friend asked her again what time they will close,and she responded:EXACTLY 12AM PO. So while we are roaming around to take our things for breakfast,one lady saw us coming(who is mopping the floor) and she shouted to the other lady and let us to hear this:we are close now right? close the door so no one will come in,that time is 11:54PM.So we felt so embarrased and we are not welcome after she said that,and we decided to leave and return the items.When we are in the main door someone already closed it at 11:55PM. We called the guard to open the main door for us because we are leaving.Is that how they treat their customers? as far as i know, this market were still new and with that kind of customer service how they will attract customers to come and buy again?To make the story short,we came there with a smile and came back home disappointed.👎👎👎

This location is a warehouse, not a supermarket!

Great chain store. Prices are cheaper than those of more well-known competitors. The quality of fruit vegetables is inferior. It is best to buy preservatives and items for use.
