It was my first time visiting this west zone supermarket and I am convinced they are worthy of some hype. The organization of products is nice. This place is big and has the capacity to handle more customers at same time. The bring good range of products to offer. For a grocery, they are doing really amazing and the prices of their products is reasonable. Friendly staff theyve got also.

This West Zone Supermaket offers a huge variety of Asian foods with reasonable prices. The Supermaket here has a pork section in addition to the meat, seafood and poultry. It is quite big and we can shop and move easily in the time of covid. The manager Mr. Aaftab Husain is always attentive and helpful together with his staff. We are regular customers here.

The place is nice and handy. The staff is friendly and interactive except the managers and their assist staff.never will your order be noted properly since they lack emotional and courteous senses and lack of commitment and sincerity to their customers. Simply LAZY and IGNORANT. hence they only have a fixed clientele and all went to shakalan supermarket since it acts like it is expected.

They have a large variety of items. As I know this business chain is quite big. But unfortunately, they do not have a card payments facility unless the item price more than 10AED. In this country, even at small grocery shops we can pay by card either price exceed 10 or not. If they have a policy like that they can make minimum amount 3 AED like others. Nothing else to say negatively. Staff and their customer service are good.

Wanted to pick some particular product which, I was told, will definitely be available in West Zone. And I did get. While there, did some groceries shopping too. Good range of products and very reasonably priced. Noticed a huge range of products from Philippines. The reason a lot of them shop here I guess. Comfortable to shop at and parking available right in front of the door.

Great shopping experience. Very good offers. Good customer care. Lots of parking outside make life easier for daily and weekend shopping. I love this place.

Very poor customer service skills from the store manager. When pointed out that the display price for an item in the supermarket did not reflect the amount asked for the same item at the cash register, this store manager started to shout at me instead of acknowledging the issue...He also called his staff stupid - very poor leadership skills!The rest of the staff is amazingly professional and always willing to provide assistance!

Great place to shop for frozen pork and pork products. Have a wide range of Filipino product range.

Very poor and bad smell (odor) at vegetables section. All vegetables looks unhealthy and dry. Rest of the grocery section are well organised but not much of promotions.Pork lovers this is good place for u as they have a dedicated counter for PORK meat.The supermarket is not crowded at all so billing will be quick.And Filipino food lovers there is a small kiosk for food near the billing area You can get cooked BBQ chicken 1 stick 6AED, Kwek Kwek 3 for 10 AED, fish bowls and Turon. Its Expensive and they wont give any bill. Depending on customer apperance prices my go up and down.

Very small grocery market. West zone supermarkets are chain of grocery and general shops in Dubai. You can buy daily needs from here. Like grains vegetable fruits, juices, soft drinks, bakery products etc. But this is not a shop if you are looking for a large range of products and heavy discounted sale offers. though you can also buy small range of fish, meet, beef and mutton from here. Grocery product ranges are also limited here for example you want to buy readymade or whole spices there are only few company products are available mainly from esterns and shan spices. You can buy range of fruits from here all seasonal fruits from various contries are available here also fresh vegetable from local and nearby contries also available. If you are looking for other households like utensils, home appliances, furniture , clothing and fashion accessories, footware etc. this is not a market for such things. Sometimes they offer special deals for stock clearance but as I mentioned earlier its on very limited items.

Everything i need is here. Even goldilocks cake (philippines). Good and helpful staff!
