Mark and Spencer midriff city centre is one of my favourite shop .I like the shop for its huge selection of clothes ,lingerie ,jewelleries and handbag .II also like the food section which has a great selection of healthy pasta and chocolate. For winter when ever I travel to cold countriesI buy my thermal clothes at Mark n Spencer ,their quality is of finest I have come across. The selection of mans wear is also very chic ,I always buy birthday gift such as tie ,shirt and polo shirt. Even swimming wear are very chic.The shop is very spacious and staff very professional.There are fitting room for trying the clothes .I also like the range of perfume n cologne, my favourite is magnolia ,I just love it.....

Always great as usual. Went to the M&S cafe and as always had the ultimate chocolate cake. Although the taste is good as usual, the serving portion though has been reduced for the price its served at. However, the service and quality of food is top notch as usual!

Offers are good here, but mostly covered a specific group, like one having sl futtaim credit card, not always for common people. Ond good thing is here that this store is regularly reviewed & new items are always ensured to be available. over all good customer service, even they will guide you well, for any queries.

This particular outlet in DFC has limited range compared to other outlets...they need to work more aggressively on the product mix collection.

I like the clothing and pricing at M&S and have been shopping there for years. What I really like is the experience. The staff are readily available to help when needed and discretely invisible when you just want to browse. If there is even a single extra customer at the checkout queue, somebody will immediately show up and open another till.

Quality of food was below expectations. Ordered pancakes, it was cold n tasted like rubber. Afternoon tea for two, didnt taste fresh at all and everything was cold, including scones. Chicken was undercooked in sandwich and very bland.

Very nice place to set having a cup of coffee, tea, breakfast, afternoon tea,, even a selection of sandwiches and salads. Also ot has an outdoor seating area which is great whenever the weather allows. Prices are fairly reasonable for such a great quality and service. If you are not of those like to hang around their wives while shopping, then this is the place for you while shes shopping in M&S

The biggest M&S in the UAE (DFC branch) where you can find almost every stock unavailable elsewhere. It even has its own cafe at the ground level perfect to have your afternoon tea ! Kudos to Marylon for her extra effort in suggesting how we can maximize our discount vouchers avilable at their Blue app. She was so patient with keen details on wrapping our items for christmas.

Loved the cafe here, the food is the usual stuff sandwiches, chips and all, nothing too different. You can stop and take a break here once done with shopping or before, for that extra-burst of energy well whatever you prefer! I love to go here for its collection of Christmas deco, it is cute and so cheery (not too tough on your pocket). The clothes not worth the hype.

I think they have a fantastic range of clothes and food and kitchen products. Fit for any time of the year...however all the prices fall on the costlier end but all products are worth the cost. I have marks and Spencer clothes that have lasted me a good 5-6 years, so its an investment worth making!

The store has great clothing range. They have a great cafe attached to the store. They have a bakery as well. The afternoon tea and selection of baked goodies is really good. If you want to get baked goodies at discounted price either go early in the morning or late in the evening.

When you drop by dont forget to visit Bakery section a lot of things high quality food

I have reduced it today to one star after trying the marks and Spencer restaurant. I had a mushroom soup and fish and ships. It was the worst taste i have ever had in the past years, although the price is not that cheap. The kitchen here definitely needs improvement.

Store with very good quality of shirts, pants, jackets and other style of clothes. A vast of styles for your planned party. Casual to formal dress are available. I like their cotton shirts, theyre very soft and comfortable. Perfumes and cosmetics is available for men and women. Lotion, body wash, hand wash, etc. Food stuffs is available in ground level, where you can find their own line of biscuits, drinks, etc.Social distancing is practice inside the store, wear your face mask always while roaming around. Sanitizers is available inside also.

The materials used in their clothes are in good quality. Very soft and comfy. The styles are great, they have for most of the occasions. Now its winter, their line of jackets, sweatshirts, etc. are awesome. Price is in medium to high range, just check the stuff you need and most of them is within the budget. They have perfumes for men and a lots of cosmetics for women. Food stuffs are available in the ground floor. Its nice to roam around to look for gifts. The ambiance is really nice, it was compact and organize. Dont forge to wear your mask and other protective gear as it was mentioned in their signage.

Came across this beautiful little cafe in the corner of the M&S store. Great for a quick coffee break between shopping. I tried their new ‘Cortado’ coffee and totally loved it. It was very strong though. But I love my coffee that way. The cappuccino was good too. It took some time to get the order, but the service was otherwise great.

The healthy food section is why Im giving 2 stars. I love the snacks. Customer service not so much. They dont know how often things are stocked. I came two days in a row looking for the carrot cake on the shelf, they dont seem to be aware when its restocked, he says everyday, Ive come two days in a row nothing. He then takes back his lie and says every 3 days and adds you just missed it, come in the morning, so which is it? it was evident he didnt have a clue and I wouldve appreciated an honest answer. Also i asked for help in the food section from this Indian looking guy, he then suddenly remembered he had somewhere else to be. left me hanging. Rude!!!Edit: once again I came for the same item carrot cake and the Asian lady whom I asked if she could double check if I can get an on the day cake gave me such an attitude for just asking, she quickly dismisses me instead of just going to check. its like I was bothering her just by asking! what is it with the attitude from the staff in this branch? Im sick of it honestly!!!!!!!

Good coffee shop, where you may have some rest while shopping. However, this retail is some crowded. May be because of its low prices. The concept of mixing both retail clothing and coffee shop together at one place of Marks and Spencer, the well known mark, seems weird but acceptable. There, you may buy good coffee both beans and grinded.

Excellent ambiance maintained in the shopping area, enjoyed the coffee and donad at the M&S cafe with courteous staff.

It is always pleasure to sit inside Marks & Spencer for having a cup of coffee or hot chocolate. All the cookies, cakes and Swiss rolls etc are very tasty . Another way of enjoyment is having a cup of coffee and double chocolate cake from outside sitting area by viewing the busy vehicles . All the staff members are very cooperative.

British store that provides with great collection of sleep wears and fancy party and causal wear for men, women and kids. It has best cotton shirts and pants. The store also has supermarket and café where the servce special savoury and sweet. The price bit expensive but when they have sale it becomes affordable.

The staff are good, however the afternoon tea at 79 Dhs for 2 is not really worth it. Its nothing extraordinary and the presentation for example of sandwiches was boring. Just plain white bread instead of being a bit creative. The taste also was nothing special for any of the items and the scones were not very fresh. The only good thing was the latte

M&S DFC was billed as the largest M&S store outside the UK. I cant vouch for that fact but I can confirm that this branch maintains the quality that we have come to know this brand for, and today, they wowed me with a great offer on their grocery front. Well done M&S!
