Its the market where you can find each and everything that you need on daily basis. From Toy shop to food , Restaurant and even there is rooms available if someone wishes to stop by which is very affordable.

Al Khail mall as it is familiar.Crowded and over priced slightly compared to Burduabi or Karama.Suits best only for the nearby communities.

It is a decent supermarket, many things available here are much cheaper than other supermarkets and some of the products available here are not available elsewhere. It can be improved a lot by keeping it cleaner and providing some staff who actually know where the items are located as I was looking for something and people kept sending me from one place to the other and in the end someone guided me to a place and said, well it seems we dont have that product, all I was looking for was a case of coca Cola 🤔😀

Small mall, but have a good hypermarket inside with great offers on almost all days. The Wide Range hotel on the food court is very good with good verity of dishes and nice ambience.Parking is available inside the mall and also outside the mall. Bus is also available nearby. Nearest metro station is Al Safa.

Commercial hub, some govt services also under this roof, grand hyper Al khail mall have wide range of grocery and house hold items and have good offer on vegetables and fruits. Budgetary Buying.

Had great time shopping there. Trolleys are less, they need to increase the number of trolleys. Theres free parking in the basement for first 2 hours.

I usually do not write reviews....however this is just an feedback of an rude cashier is grand hyper mart ( al khail mall) her name was ms Romalyn .The incident took place at around 21.52.34 on 7th February 2021.After gym I went to the mart to purchase groceries for my self and my friend .Therefore I had Aed 200 given by my friend and coincidentally Aed 200 which I withdrew from the ATM.Once the shopping was completed I reached the counter and paid Aed 200 for the bill of Aed 109 for my friend and closed the bill.I kept both the items separately as I was paying from my grocery.I informed ms Romalyn to bill the remaining items separately and I paid her the Aed 200 again from which she got irritated and yelled saying she doesnt have change.When confronted for her action the supervisor on duty soon came to my rescue and brought the situation under control.At the same time she spoke in her language to her country mate (guess the security in the store) seems like they were speaking something bad looking into me.Further front of her supervisor she tried to blame me of yelling and creating an scene .When requested her name as she didnt have an name batch .she was rude and informed to check her name on the bill and go on the first floor to they head office and complain.It was just the matter of change and I could have paid by card if ms Romalyn was polite . However it was very unprofessional and seemed like she didnt treat all nationalities equally...I really want to highlighted the matter so the management knows the personality of their staff and takes and strict action#upset#ruinedmyevening#actionandtraingrequired.

I like Al khail Mall because I can find anything I need.The only thing that you need improvement is your cashier staff!!!Do they know what is customer service mean?? They are grumpy!!! not happy to serve your customer!!!RUDE!!! Is that right? Absolutely not!!!We dont go to Al khail supermarket to get free stuff!!! Therefore, it is highly recomended to teach your cashier staff a proper CUSTOMER SERVICE!
