Nice place, less crowded compared with festival city branch, all under one ceiling concept, helpful staffs.It is inside a mall as well, the parking is enough and easy access to Ikea and the mall.They have lots of offers including offers on food too.No long ques at the cashier and you do not have to waste long time quing.

Good place to find your home furniture and accessory requirements. My friend Bought most of what he want to use for his flat.. Parking also good.. and the warehouse arrangement is very nice.. we can easily find out the materials easily. Well arranged..

Like every other IKEA long walks and follow the sign trademark. Go round in circle and make sure they get you to see all the amazing things they have.Accessible and not far from the train station. Within the mall and you can visit other outlets or maybe have late lunch.

Ikea is everything under one roof type of store. The biggest furniture seller of world has managed this outlet very nicely. They have all the sessions og essentials. Including, home, office, plants in green house, quick solutions. One of section displays things on discounts which have some display items and slightly defected things. Their eating pots is nice, decent and nicely managed having snacks, bakery, drinks and ice cream. Staff is cooperative, facility is huge with ample parking available all the time. This ikea is less crowded as compared to other branches. I will definitely visit again.

Nice store to buy A to Z furniture, kitchen, dining & all your home needs.If you are hungry, there is an amazing restaurant inside that will serve you well & will definitely fill your stomach for reasonable prices.Needs time to go across the whole place & needs more time to decide among the different cool things you will keep on finding all your way till the exit 😄

Ikea showroom has always been appealing to me. The furnitures and fixtures are well-picked to showcase every interior design styles. Each furniture is contemplated perfectly to fit with the other items, giving life to every theme displays-- very well-coordinated! They are all beautifully designed. The best time (on a Friday) to visit this store is before and during lunch hours (around 11am or 12nn). Around these times that I am able to take photos of the display with less people passing by. This is so I can gather ideas and inspirations in designing home interiors. Although, IKEA already had their online website giving tips on mix-matching furnitures, it is still best to come and visit their showroom and see it first-hand. Truly a compelling and immersive customer experience!

Mark their 30th years anniversary in UAE.Ample parking space in Festival Plaza.Not crowded. Staff are courteous, they will assist in anything. Not only furniture and household items they also have green house corner where you can browse or select plants for your home (artificial plants also available).Prices are good with marked down or discount if you have patient to check it.Food court they have wide variety of choices.So whether simply light snack u want with sharwarma, burgers or hotdog bun 🌭 or simply coffee in the corner you can also have it here.

I just love it. Swedish concept, minimalism always bring at ease all visitors. 2Level store offers huge varieties of goods, 2 cafeterias are nice as well, their flowers bunches are really amazing, always fresh and keep alive up to one month. Great quality for reasonable price at everything.

The good: The place is amazing. So many choices and great price to quality ratio. The staff is also helpful.The not so good: The layout of the shop is confusing and no maps to let you know where you are. The shop is designed in a way to force you to walk through the sections and zigzag through the halls. When u got what u need and ur back is aching after hours of walking it can be frustrating. Shortcuts to exit would be appreciated.

Place is so good for home decorating items. If you want to make your house interior. Its my suggestion to come IKEA store.

Excellent experience. They had good selection. Almost a one stop solution for all furniture requirements. Another good part is customisation of some items. The staff gives them an extra star. They were helpful but not intrusive. They have a good food selection and is a must try. They have good parking spaces never had an issue finding space. There are other shops in the same plaza including Lulu and a spare food court. Only thing is you can get tired walking around the complex.

I’ve always liked IKEA! I’m a fan of their business proposition ♥️♥️♥️ This is the classic IKEA set up with the exception that it’s tied to the mall. The designer did a great job linking the store to the larger shopping center.You’ll find everything you need and more. I went to buy a side table for my couch in my living room and ended up buying 30+ things 😂😂😂The highlight was their hotdogs and frozen food section. I picked up a bunch of meatballs, mashed potatoes, and cheese sticks. The hotdog I ate in the spot. They have a 1 AED ice cream. Can’t go wrong with that!The people were very helpful and I liked that you could find someone to lend you a hand pretty quickly versus other IKEA locations. This one wasn’t crowded at all but then I went on a Thursday late afternoon, maybe on the weekend it’s busier.Can’t wait to go back. I wanna get a bunch of other things for my home.

IKEA is always a great place to buy all kind of household, office items. Furthermore, this place is less crowded then festival city and parking can be found easily. The food area is also spacious than festival plaza. I will definitely prefer to visit again.

“Worth it Spending time”It’s always fun and relaxing spending time here in IKEA. They changed few settings from my last visit here. Social distancing is strictly observed. We bought tons of items because we just recently move in to our new home. From kitchen utensils to bedroom stuff, cabinets, tables and curtains. The shopping was thrilling and exciting. Thrilled to experience time and time again the durability and authenticity of the products here. With a reasonable prices. Excited that we are about to enjoy living in our new home taking into consideration that we have the great product to indulge and enjoy from this establishment. Always love IKEA. Cheers!

Had breakfast, good choice, quality and value.I like most of the products, again for quality and value but, I would steer clear of their bedding and mattresses. Bought some, not a fan so far, may have to replace.

Great. IKEA range from Kitchens, bedrooms and storage is amazing. This is a big store, great layout and found the staff super helpful. No queues at checkout either was a great bonus and was able to use the new “Blue Rewards” loyalty App which can be used in several other stores including M&S with some great offers. Will visit regularly 😀

IKEA is an amazing place for getting creative ideas to decorate your home with great stuff.My apartment in dubai and home in India has many items from your store.The qualifies so Grey that even after 8 years of usage everything is still like new.Your food court is so cost effective and nutritious.I used to visit festival city outlet at least twice a week when my office was in Deira, now I am a staying in Jabel Ali so this will be my new hangout location.

We love Ikea. The new branch in Jebel Ali is even better. As always extremely helpful staff, ready to assist. The well known variety of choice is here as well. Restaurant is well abovey expectations for a furniture shop.

New ikea looks nice but I find the one in festival city mall better interns of store organization. After I finished touring the store I realised I havent seen the cutlery section then it appeared to be on the other side of the store which I found quite inconvenient. But overall a nice typical ikea store with many more items to offer

The beauty of the Ikea store is that they are all identical inside and once you are in the store you dont know which store is it. I particularly like the cafeteria run by Ikea, very delicious food at very reasonably priced. While Im writing my experience on ikea, I just realised that every piece of furniture in my house is from the Ikea. Just to add; the guarantee on each piece of furniture is over 5 years which gives me lot of confidence when buying

This Is a rating for their delivery and assembly service. It is horrible. The team assembled my bed frame incorrectly and when told about it they said we are finish and they left. It is a shame that a company puts in so much effort into the in store customer experience, just so that at the final step everything falls apart.

What can I say about IKEA, its self known, however this specific branch in Jebel Ali is not crowded most of the time and they do have sometimes kids activities, u can always have something to eat there

A big shout out to the manager Stephan, was very kind to understand what my issue was about a product, and he kindly helped in solution when he could have refused. Thats what you call customer loyalty. And the few times I have been to the restaruant while shopping its been clean and staff super friendly. The food is not the best, but healthy enough to eat while shopping. And what makes the food area special is lovely friendly service from a lady called Angela, I always notice how lovely she is so asked her name. Shes a plus to any company and alwayd makes people feel welcome.

Best thing about this store is location. As compare to other store this one is not rushy at all. 👍👍

Larger than the festival city branch.Elevator from parking opens in the entrance of Ikea store.Restaurant has plenty of cool choices at reasonable prices.A huge sitting area beside restaurant.If you need smaller products that will be be pucked up directly from store shelves you dont have to scan the whole upper floor.Just use take the passage to restaurant from entrance in second floor and then use stairs to go down and directly approach sections containing smaller products.

Shopping destination majorly for home, kitchen, office, kids- furniture, fixture, utensils and varied accessories. Smart products at affordable prices. Also has their own food court having average taste in food but good for home & office products.

I was supposed to get my delivery from ikea today 09/09/2021 nothing came. I did not even receive a call or anything. I had to download the app to track my shipment and when i called at 8pm i was told today not possible because his truck has a problem and then he stop answering calls until now no feedback about my shipment. Worst service ever!!!!! I dont recommend. Very disappointed.

Brilliant experience...they literally have everything one needs for a home and at a reasonable price and good quality...its always a pleasure shopping at ikea...variety of storage boxes and cupboards artificial plants lighting etc is mind blowing...I recommend you wear comfortable shoes as u are in for a looong walk in this place 😁 very helpful staff...overall a superb shopping experience...parking is available ...after shopping one can sit down for a snack and a drink ...the cone ice cream at 1 Aed and the veg hotdog for Aed3 are the best ...must try...overall a wonderful and fulfilling experience

Its the largest IKEA store in the UAE and can find almost everything you need to your home here. It has a really a very good collection of house hold products. The resturant even provides a take away.

I bought a kitchen from them & paid a hefty price and was left with lots of things incomplete and had to communicate with other contractors to come finish the work. IKEA designer isn’t helpful and isn’t thorough you need to check ikeas design yourself point by point.

Been there 3 times so far bec it is closer for me than that in Dubai Festival City (where IKEA is on one side and DFC is on the other along with Carrefour and many shops). This locale thus is unique bec it’s in the middle of the Festival Plaza, situated south of Ibn Battuta Mall (IBM), not far from its Ibn Battuta Gate (IBG, the Atlantis look-alike pink building).To reach there, I find it convenient to go thru IBM going straight thru IBG and continuing south on that single lane road past McDonald’s, where the high sign for IKEA could be spotted.The entrances are seen but how to reach them is not marked, one has to figure it out by going around the roundabout and follow his/her own gut feeling.The parking is conveniently shared with the other stores, but IKEA’s 2 entrances are marked, seen only once facing them, no signage along the parking area labyrinth. Similarly there are no signs at the exit(s) guiding people to Sheikh Zayed Road.This locale is arranged the same as that at DFC, making it easier to find things. All products and services are similar to those at DFC, the staff are scarce but really helpful. They reflect the spirit of IKEA and show they’re well taken care of. The cafeteria there very clean, but needs clear signs for the elevators.One service is needed at IKEA is electric wheelchairs for those shoppers who come alone and need a wheel chair. Another thing needed is a chair by each customer service desk for those who cannot stay standing. I told the staff there about these ideas, and will see if IKEA follows thru.

I dont know what I can add to ikea rating, this branch seems to be a bit smaller which makes it easier to navigate and easier to shop, or maybe the layout is easier. There are enough short cuts..the food as usual is great , the staff are very friendly , it is within perfect proximity to everything who live in the southern of Dubai, the elevators with entry and exits are also very conveniently designed ..there is plenty of parking spaces..highly recommend

This is a very pleasant Ikea store located in the Jebel Ali Festival Plaza Mall. I had a damaged pot and the staff were very helpful and kind to assist me the next day for an exchange for which I am very grateful. There is ample parking available make sure you note which entrance you entered the mall.

IKEA still has its own style wherever it will be, but this one is different.IKEA Jabel Ali is much more spacious and stylish than the typical style, it is directly connected to the mall (festival plaza) in the both levels with many accessible entrances.The resturant seating areais huge that it is devided to many stylesof tables or if you like the vibe of eating on the kitchen counter you have it too ,also it have many ways to reach it from if you would like a quick bite and head off to the mall or even from the check out area theres a huge magnificently well designed stair where you can sit on the middle to the view of the iconic IKEAs store.In IKEA Jabel Ali you can move freely between the shelves with a trolley and you wont feel how crouded the store is, also everything is organized very well as always.

The new IKEA store is a third full-size store in the UAE, based in Al-Futtaim’s Festival Plaza in Jebel Ali. There is a new café area, where we will be able to buy freshly baked pastries and traditional Swedish desserts. It’s also just a few minutes away from the RTA Energy Metro Station.

We went their for the breakfast and it was amazing. After that we roam around inside. Amazing products, design, and everything. Bought a shower head and hoseboth for 30 dirhams. Shower curtain for 29 and rings for 10 i guess. I got a lamp as well for 20 dirhams.

Best ikea in Festival Plaza Jebel Ali. Less crowded and its usually quiet on weekdays. If you are planning a serious furniture shopping its the ideal place . They have a separate parking too which is ample enough. Ikea cafe is very good too.

Solidly average IKEA store, much more impressive than the one in Festival City, but the cafeteria staff have room for improvement. Let me explain.I ordered chicken with a side of mashed potatoes and green beans. The immediate answer from the server was, Cannot!Excuse me? I queried, How do you mean cannot? I can see you have the three items Id like. Please explain.Cannot! was the further reply/explanation.Ok, I replied, Does this mean it cannot be included without extra cost, it cannot be sold for some reason youve not explained, or you simply cant be bothered to explain anything?In the end, I was able to purchase the food I desired, but by the time this was all sorted out, the bill arranged (the cashier had no idea how to properly charge for a lá carte sides) and my tray carried to the dining area, the food was cold. I searched, in vain, for a microwave.Thus began my adventure at the new IKEA store. The store itself is a lovely layout. No more being forced thru a floor of show-rooms when all you want to buy is a salad bowl. One of the premium features of the new store is a staircase/seating area with throw cushions where one can lounge and charge a phone while ones loved ones shop. Well though out, IKEA! Now if we could just get the cafeteria staff up to speed on customer service....

By far the worst customer service ever. After being loyal customers for over 8 years, for the first time we have raised a complaint to them about their product (a firm mattress which went soft in less than a year giving us serious back issues).We had someone come to inspect, write a report and leave. No news for two months. Then miraculously we were told the complaint had been approved and we are entitled to a new mattress for same value and to come and select a new one. We went yesterday and chose a new mattress. Customer service said the defected one will be collected by their team and new one will be delivered after 3 days. So we are meant to sleep on the floor till then.Today they came to collect the defected mattress and now we have received a call to say oh we have decided to reject the complaint so we will just bring the old mattress back.They call us and say we are at your house with the old mattress. Ummm no one is here. Oh thats right....you are at our old address halfway across town. What a joke.Absolutely appalling. You should be ashamed of yourselves for a world renowed furniture store with customer service that is worse than what a 3 year old child could manage.

Somehow, Everytime I visit IKEA, I get more disappointed. Hard to get help, many staff are curt or unhelpful, and the place is confusing, getting lost each time. The IKEA app doesnt work, the website is not linked to your app, the family card is not linked either, and now they have new rewards. Stand in line and then realize you have to buy the bag. Items on display cannot be purchased-- how are we to know after lugging it all the way to the cashier: everything is on display. Anyway, a very cold and unfriendly experience overall, increasingly so.

Second IKEA in Dubai. Good location for residents on that end of the city not needing to go to DFC now. Like how they positioned the cafeteria with direct access from the mall. Its not tucked inside like most locations, having to struggle between shoppers and carts, when you just want to eat and not shop, Nice!

I choose IKEA to design my kitchen for their smart solutions and ideas on how to maximize the use of a space turns out l was mistaken and had an awful experience. My kitchen is currently being installed and l just don’t want it! :( not satisfied at all!Update… all the issues were addressed in the same day and will be fixed tomorrow nshalla. Thanks a lot for your prompt response and care l knew it wasn’t a waste to invest in ikea 😊😊Recent update: some of the problems were fixed but not all still contacting them but not that progress. This process is tiering and I’m beginning to think it was a mistake dealing with ikea!

What can I say? Its IKEA! What I love about this location is that they have rooms with windows for a change. You can actually see the outdoors from inside the showroom. Thats not the case with most IKEAs in the region; a very welcome touch that I hope will be standard practice at other branches.

Ikea has really cool furnitures. I ordered a sofa and a closet from here and it qas amazing. Delivery is free for the first time if you register the blu rewards app and ikea family app. The services are great too, they will guide you throughout your furniture hunt.

Excellent addition to the shopping landscape of Dubai. This branch of IKEA is quite big and airy. I especially like the beautiful artificial plants section near the end on the ground (marketplace) floor. The huge stairs with bean bags / floor cushions are a good rest area for when you get tired during shopping. It can be also used as a meet up point if your group decides to split up while inside the store. Rest is all as per what you would expect from any IKEA store.

You can find most items you will usually find at old ikea festival city. This mall also has lulu and some other shops too. Not much crowded usually. Underground parking available. 2 floors and usual navigation through the various departments. Make sure to register for ikea family to get best offers on prices. Ikea restaurant is also available.

IKEA is well IKEA. Things havent changed much but their restaurant for in inexpensive just like its furniture. If you are looking for bits and pieces for around your home then this could be the place to find those bits .

Nice and quite hideout especially if you wish to catch a nice coffee someolace away from hustle bustle.Weekdays are ideal here as this entire arcade offers primarily 3 4 sections to cater for Ikea for all needs backed by multiple emporium to offers household furniture range including bedding and StressFree seating. Then comes the one of the finest Lulu Megastore and eventually a handful ot leading coffee outlets such as JB, TimHortons etc

Usual IKEA layout. It’s more spacious and less crowded. I would prefer to go to this outlet compared to the one at festival city.The only dislike about this outlet is the carpark. The speed bumps is horrendous and lots are packed.

IKEA has the worst customer service ever. They have no respect for customers time; delivery and assembly team come to deliver at their own convenient time, without the proper coordination with the client! Moreover, at many occasions, they keep missing parts of the assembly of the bought item, or sometimes damaged. I can never stand dealing with them at all!!!! Total nightmare

The layouts similar to the Ikea in festival city, furniture there is great, not the mention the food too, most of the times the reason I go there is just for the food. Side note: I love how they added a stairs type seating place, conveniently placed right next to the food court and the checkout counter, making it so if you ever just wanted to sit down instead of following your family/colleagues you can sit there and wait for them since your inevitably going to meet up since theyre about to go to the checkout counter

The place was not packed unlike in DFC. New and still lots of empty stores to be open. What i like was that it was not crowded. Small place but neat.

Dubais second IKEA store... Its got everything youd expect but I think the choice is more in Festival City.

Ikea itself is good, but the disaster will happen when you didn’t go there by your own car! I checked the possibility to get there ;it is close to energy metro station but then you need to walk 15min in hot desert from metro to mall and wasn’t any taxi or facility. Beside after you do the shopping there is no taxi available like other malls in Dubai in front of the building and you need to wait. I waited 15-20min in the hot weather .

This location is so much more comfortable to commute as i stay in JLT. We all know its a one stop shop for all our requirements
