I have tried their outdoor furniture and the least to say that it is reliable neither durable. Their prices are high but the quality isn’t sustainable. In addition customer service isn’t good and there are not clear terms and conditions for the warranty - it isn’t mentioned on the site novice- so if one of the sales team told you that it is 2 years; it is very normal that when ask for warranty claim; they will inform you it is one year. This is just my personal experience.

Although the price is higher then Scandinavia, store is amazing and is stop going to other furniture stores in the city.

Would be wise to teach the staff that masks go over the mouth AND the nose. 😷

Jacob was amazing. He has superb customer service skills and Nejla too.I purchased the Onsted Large Wardrobe with sliding doors. Best quality ever!!!!!!! Im so glad to have a Jysk Wardrobe. Recommend it for shopaholics who need the wardrobe space.Big love to Jysk team at Mirdiff City Centre.

My initial plan was to go straight to home center and pick up a gift for a close friend. I was in a hurry and decided to stop by JYSK instead, since it was on the way. Best decision ever. Not only is the furniture of excellent design and quality, the home decor is simply gorgeous and at unbeatable prices. I initially picked up 01 Buddha candle holder but ended up buying 06 of them and this was simply because of 02 lovely ladies standing at the counter - Joy and Nejla. The excellent customer service skills displayed by both made my day. Kudos to both. Will always make JYSK my first choice henceforth.

Great prices and nice pieces. The items in the store are more on the lighter side. I’m a bit doubtful about the quality, but I think it’s the same quality as a Home Center, perhaps slightly better. Worth going. I found a few things I liked!

I believe Jysk is Value for money and My experience with JYSK Mirdif city Center was amazing , very Cooperative staff, Mahammad was helping me all the time with no hesitation , he even made a call back after the furniture delivery to make sure everything is ok , prices is also excellent.

A large selection of reasonably priced furniture and household accessories. JYSK are new in Dubai but expanding rapidly.

Worst return policy. They dont refund your money. I tried to return a mattress which I bought from Mirdif City Center store. The manager insisted on giving a credit note and no refunds. This is my last dealing with such companies.

They manipulate the refund and exchange policy to their advantage. Refund is no way option because the installation team will make sure to trash all original packing after installation, so that the client has no option to refund but forced to accept the exchange, from my opinion this happens when small compnies run low on sales. I raised a complaint to the consumer rights and Dubai department of economy to look into such a breach in consumer rights. Orginal packing should be the clients choice to trash it or to keep it. One of the onwers promissed to sort the issue but turns to be just empty talk. I am not happy to buy from them again. Ikea will be always the best when it comes to value, consumer rights and customer satisfaction. Jysk Mirdif City Center 👎👎👎 you should be ashamed of your service and your fake policy !
