Horrible horrible customer service, I bought a very very expensive item new which came defective and they refused to repair or replace the item!!!!!! I will never ever recommend anyone to buy from Danube and i will never buy anything from Danube again after spending thousands of dirhams there!!!!!!

Ordered an Item from their website and they said its going to take 5-7 working days to deliver.After that followed up with them they said its out of stock.Unnecessary waste of time.Was my worst online shopping experience.Poor service.

Very poor service provided by the milano call centre team. The lady who is handling the call centre is very harsh towards customers. They seem to not have any record of customers in their system. Better to keep the actual invoice or else you will loose out on the AMC, would not recommend their service.

Unreliable company. Unprofessional staff. Worse delivery schedule in UAE. Zero respect for customer time. Zero respect of their own scheduled installation appointments. If you respect your time, skip Danub

#DO_NOT #BUY their products. I bought #Milano brand bathware set and they started #rusting and showing up #stains even before 6 months of use.Called and emailed them but they keep giving evasive answers & keep stalling.Extremely bad after sale service.One of their manager Amit Bangera was keep giving promises that he will sort this out and finally asked to remove all sinks, commodes, taps from the house Im living currently and asked me to ship it to them to see if there is any problem 😂 when asked how am I supposed to live (without going to toilet), he stopped communicating.See the pics

Very bad companyI have a very bad experience with(Ruby Sliding Door Wardrobe) taken from them after one month sliding doors lock 🔐 and stuck, I call customer service 8003131 so many times they came check and didnt repair , I complained against them in dubai consumer but they said no warranty for the wardrobe, just like any cheater selling you goods in the street and runaway, Please dont buy from them, since you have another so many options
