We installed the most expensive type of flooring, and after several months we noticed that it is slippery and daily falls occur. We informed the company and sent an expert and said that the floor has no problem. The problem. You wear high heels !!! Knowing that slips occurred with flat shoes and sports shoesAnd if the solution was in the end, they said we are looking for a transparent cover that we will cover in the floor and share with us the price of the cover !!!!Where is the 25-year guarantee? !!!!!Wayne consumer protectionWe installed a very expensive type of floor tiles in our clinic. Months later, we discovered that the tiles are slippery. Many of our patients were slipping and and falling down daily. We contacted the company for a solution and they sent one employee to check ... his conclusion was that the tiles are fine and that the reason behind this issue is that our patients wear high heels !!!Even though accidents had happened to people who were wearing flats or sports shoes.The company proposed as a solution to look for a transparent coverage for our floor ... they even asked that we share the price with them !!! Where is the so claimed a 25-year guarantee and our right as consumers ??
