This place is great. They have great ideas for your house. You will definitely enjoy roaming the place. Though they only have 3 slots for parking.

Casa mia is surely one of the nicest showrooms I have ever stepped foot into in Dubai! Personally knowing the owners and the vision they have for the showroom, they keep breaking the roof of my expectations with every renovation they make. They have created a little haven for designers where we can experience and experiment with all building materials and solutions. Some of the world leading brands which they carry and represent include Gessi, Geberit, Laminam..etc. One of my favorite things about this showroom (and there are many!) are the hotel mock-up rooms built within the showroom for Casamia to educate designers and demonstrate to us the latest trends and how they can be built and executed. The staff is knowledgeable and can assist with procuring solutions to suit one’s budget. A tremendous showroom definitely worth stopping by!

Best sanitary ware in uae

Went to your shop all happy and excited, the guy assisted us told us well get back to you in a week with quotation and design, a week later no one contacted us so we called our guy asking he was like who are you? What did you want? Which tile did you choose? 😳!!! So unprofessional he didnt do anything about our project😤 then he said give me 2 hours i will get back to you, after 4 hours we call him he is like oh tell me again what did you choose, oh give me more time !!! Very disappointed in Casa Mia 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Amazing showroom offering great advice and a very large collection. I worked with Umer, he provided fantastic designs, helped me navigate the numerous products they have and facilitated any changes to ensure I was completely happy with the end design. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Casamia.

This is the best place for interior design in UAE with the most unique shop in the ME....Great setup, professional people and good prices for top quality materials (mostly from Europe). 7 star place. Simply the best. Obviously not for low budget projects, but price/quality is outstanding.

Had a bad experience with this company. Spent a lot of money, didn’t get treated properly, no respect to the customer rights at all.First, the order was delayed like for 3 months, so in total instead of 8-10weeks what they write on your invoice and reassuring you, I received my order almost in 6!!!! month!!!!! Seriously ???!!!!When I showed them the invoice, they said that it is impossible and nobody could promise me such timing.. how convenient, after I have already payed 50% of my order and they don’t return money of course.Now finally after 6 month I got my things, I discovered that some goods are not fitting in my bathroom (but salesman reassured me 100% that it would fit) they don’t want to accept it back and give me money back.They actually offered me an exchange for the detail which is 10 times!!!!! 10 times cheaper, but of course with no refund.I’m shocked, sick and tired of fighting with them.Now the manager doesn’t respond to my messages, after he said that he cant give me money back. “Awesome” customer service and support. Not!And I’m right now talking with my legal team about raising the case.So if you want to deal with such supplier, lose your time and energy and money, be treated like this for your own money - then be my guest and start working with them! xD

The only showroom of such an immaculate structure and the most understanding staff that I have ever experienced in the UAE , they make sure you’re provided assistance from the start to the end of a project. A stop to fulfill all your interior needs, had a great experience with them and I recommend it for everybody looking for luxurious interiors

A one stop shop for all your interior needs. They cater to individual projects as well as large scale ones. The only showroom of this type that Ive seen. Check out the live bathroom and jacuzzi demos. (You can actually go in, if you really want)

They have an amazing collection of material, the inside is huge like a maze.

Terrible service, very poor understanding of what they have in stock, what the project needs. I had an interior designer coordinate designs with them. They ordered us 35% less tiles than we needed. Then couldn’t supply the rest delaying our whole project. They did this not just for one tile but many tiles and trims. In addition they didn’t send us the matching scheme for the very big tiles and left it to my contractor to figure it out which didn’t end well. They can’t even coordinate deliveries on time. Very poor service which I shall be taking up with their management once my project is completed, now several weeks late.
