I bought several mixers from them and they work great except one mixer it did not work and when I asked to replace with other one they said we will repair it but unfortunately I had to go back and forth to dragon mart from abu dhabi several times until they told me we will send the money to you through bank as a refund. Now ite bern a month and I did not get it until now very bad and I am going to justice because of this issue. Mr Fahad the guy with a beard know all the issue. Don’t believe them when the say it will be replaced or refund if it did not work.

I have a very bad experience with them , I ll never buy from them again, they dont have after sale service and the manager of the shop (Chinese lady) in dragon mart doesnt know anything about the customer service, most of the products I bought got damaged and leakage and the colour gone and they refused to change it, while its still under warranty...!!

Their material Very good. I used It more than 5 years. No any problem
