First time in The One in over 10 years. I used to shop there regularly until you went rather goth and stopped the wonderful xmas decorations.Anyway shop is almost back to how it was before. Shame about the cafe.I shall return again as the candles are fantastic.

Good place & nice furniture. My only issue was that if you buy any lights they don’t fix it for you. You have to fix every crystal/chain by yourself which doesn’t make any sense as they’re a furniture store, they have to deliver and FIX their items. What if I mess up with fixing every piece in the light?

It is one of the best experience for shopping you will have in your life, yes it is not a showroom it is a theatre, you will have sometime out of this life, enjoy the perfect display and the very nice smell everywhere, you will be free moving from a place to another discovering the very special and creative products of the One.I highly recommend everyone visit this place even if no plan to buy, just to have a special time for art and creativity, also the One cafe is really great.

Called 3 times in the past 2 days for someone to send me available beds in Email, all the 3 people said they are emailing and nothing from their end. Strange how they treat their clients despite the COVID situation who want to purchase something

Amazing experience as always.. you always get new ideas about home interiors... they always have few pieces of furniture of same design so it never loses its uniqueness..

Save your time and do not come to this branch, the most incompetent staff I rather spend more money on other furniture stores then come back here! During two different visits I asked them where I could find certain items and instead of leading me to them they decided to describe where it can be found on the next floor, I’m not sure where they find their staff. In addition they had messed up an order I had been waiting for, for over a month.

Poor service, prices not with market trend, the offers are just a kind of attraction...pure marketing, but not really worst to visit.

Bit pricey but we go there mainly for our bedroom stuff. Good quality cotton bed sheets etc.

Small cosy place you get your coffee around the shop and you can enjoy the furniture around you feeling good to see new staff every time and the have some sweets you can eat it but the prolem is the location it almost hedden in no where in the shop
