Mattress is very good! the showroom is neat. Very nice staff, the african and philipina ladies were very helpful and accomodating. Would totally recommend.

Highly Recommended! I bought Chapelle Mattress 8 months back from Restonic in Sheikh Zayed Road. And, it is the best mattress I ever had till now. I have used different mattresses from different places either in UAE or out other countries I stayed earlier and, I found this one as one of the best mattress. Here you are able to lie down and try the mattresses to see which is best for you. Huge choice and various different types of mattresses and headboards. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Just what you need as we spend a third of our day in our bed so I wanted to make sure I bought the right one! Delivered my new bed and took away my old one!

Staff were so courteous in giving me directions and showing us mattresses in this branch. We chose Loveland mattress (the 2 sided, but pillow-top is just fine too) which is medium-firm. It supports and comforts my back quite well.

Restonic is absolutely fabulous! I bought a fantastic bed from them which is top quality and high-end looking. But that’s not all, the customer service was so helpful that even after the sale they agreed to customize the bedframe to fit it better to my room. A huge and genuine thank you to the team, I will come back with no hesitation!

It is a great company with a WOW products. I came back after some years to buy some pillows because I like my mattress too much. I advise you all to not waste your money or your time here. The service is horrible, the staff is not trained.They are very rude after sales.I bought a matress that is supposed to be a recommended choice of 9 people out of 10. And in the shop i found it comfortable but I have used many many matresses from all around the world, from cheapest to most expensive. This is a really really bad matress. I woke up with back aches for weeks. I recently purchased a matress pad from another store. We will see how it goes.But i personally recommend to stay away from this shop or their products or their service. I doubt 9 out of 10 recommended the matress i purchased. I believe it is the other way around.

[IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER]Im slightly confused. you first say that you adhere to the notion that a customer is always right. Then follow by calling me belligerent and obnoxious...You event went as far as to post fake 5 star reviews (all in one day might i add) just to bump your overall rating back up :DDo not recommend.They delivered my bed with the wrong measurements and staff are not friendly after sales.They even had the audacity to ask me if I’d be willing to take one of the showroom beds instead of them making a new one!Stay away

After reading reviews, I’ve seen a response from an owner to a customer that was not happy. Whether or not this person was rude or obnoxious, there is no reason to handle a response like that, especially from an owner. The store must show more etiquette and class.
