Extremely pleased with my visit to King Koil. Mahmoud was wonderful to work with, and was extremely helpful with selecting the perfect mattress for my needs. Very glad I decided to visit the store!

Kingkoil expensive mattress that we received from Carrefour Deira was defected. They refused to fix or refund. the Kingkoil customer service team are very rude and can accuse you of the damages which are not your fault. the guy called Gerald is so rude. Please be ware of dealing with them. better not to buy this brand at all with the high price and terrible service.

They claim that their Mattress with Gel Layer is regulating body heat while sleeping and that was the main reason I bought this mattress but after using it for 4 months now i can say that For me and my wife we can still experience night sweating and i wake up almost everyday with wet pillow case even in cold nights 😔😔The 3 stars given as the staff was friendly and helpful but as a product i think it needs more development.Edit 1 after 6 more months . Mattress still in good shape but again its not cooling at all even when you sleep nakedNow only 1 star as it was a waste of money on something not true (reduce night sweating)
