Came to the Sheikh Zayed Road branch on a Friday at 10.40 AM and shop was closed, even though they advertise on google they are open from 10 AM and no one was answering on the mobile number they provide on google.

Nice place to find mattresses and bed room accessories. The staff is very helpful and are sleep specialists.

The day before yesterday I was in the Bed Quarter Company store in Dubai (725 Sheikh Zayed Rd - Dubai). And the customer consultant on site gave me very good and detailed advice and took a lot of time to explain everything to me well and was always friendly. During the whole time that I was on site, other customers regularly came into the business and she took care of them immediately and then continued our consultation. Therefore I have absolutely nothing to complain about and absolutely cannot understand negative reviews that other customers have left on that day. Doha is a friendly customer advisor who clearly enjoys her work and is also very familiar with the products.

Went in to enquire about making our mattress firmer and more supportive. Was shown plywood sheet replacement for the expensive slat system originally supplied. Naturally this is only avail by purchasing a whole new frame and headboard. LOL. They’re having a laugh.Pretty useless to be honest.

I was in Bed Quarters Sheik Zayed Road branch, the staffs and the manager who was introduced as Mr. Osman are well educated regarding their products and accommodating as well as their able to answer all my queries regarding the mattress and other products. And they got some good promotions like discounts. So if you want a peaceful good night sleep I highly recommend to visit their store... 👍 👍 👍

I would like to recommend your Asian staff in Bahrain. As I saw her passion and dedication at work. At first, I felt embarrassed as i enter your shop and those Arabic staff just ignoring me. But only one person who approach me with right manners and professionalism.Throughout her time with my inquiry, she demonstrated, give ideas and recommended a good mattress and bed.Because of her effectiveness, I even gave her additional orders. Your Asian staff went above and beyond on her Job. as she does in all tasks.This would be particularly valuable for your company and an asset to any employer, and I wholeheartedly recommend her service.

The staff at the sheikh zayed Road store was very cold and unhelpful. She was not informative when questions were asked regarding the Tempur products. On top of this, she was not even wearing a mask!

Excellent place and great options to select the best mattress. They also have a variety of massage chairs so if you want to try then do make sure you stop by.

I received a mattress with yellow spot stain and ink stain on.. obviously the mattress was on display in the show room! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was interested in a Tempur mattress but they didn’t have my bed size (European size 160) rather than offer shipping the right size they only offer to customise a 180 mattress size, which is crazy as it clearly would void the international 10 year warrantee Tempur offer, therefore making a warrantee only valid with that shop. Be aware as a Tempur mattress there in 180 goes from 15000 aed to 30000 aed so an extreme high price for a mattress versus the quality of the product and service offered. I did not buy a mattress there and will either ship one over from Europe or buy a Magniflex as 100% made in Europe.

They have a wide variety of products. From soft to firm mattresses where you could find comfort depending on what you need. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a new mattress. And also the staff, they are so accommodating and competitive that they will guide you in getting the best mattress that fits for your needs.

This shop probably has the worst service that I have experienced in Dubai. We ordered a custom mattress from them. Despite sending a technician home for the measurements, they got the size wrong! Asked for a refund that took umpteen phone calls and follow ups. Finally I threatened to report them to the Consumer Protection ministry that resulted in the refund. We interacted with Moustafa who was consistently unhelpful and made us believe that he was doing us a favour.Save yourself a headache! There are many other mattress stores in Dubai. If you relish making simple things complicated, then this is the place for you. Sleepless nights guaranteed!!

I called to inquire about the price of one of the items, so it’s too high, when i expressed my shock in a very friendly way, so the receptionist tells me, don’t call then!! That can give a hint about their customer service!!

I been this place. The arrangement is so nice and you can fiind the nice matress and not only the matress you can find all the product related for beddings...and itss nice to deal with Mr. Moustafa the way he dealing with the customer.and i was really surprised once i see the way he is trying to attend more than 3 clients at the same time..

The Worst dealer for tempurpedic beds. i have been sleeping on tempur mattress for the last 11 years, when I decided to get a new one, I tried to locate the dealer in Dubai which happened to be Bed Quarter. I visited the store and was attended by a sales lady who is obviously zero knowledge about the products. whenever me or my wife asks her about the features of the mattresses , she will simply reply with ironic smile I dont know. we have heard I dont know from the sales lady for like twenty times. when we asked for the assistance from her colleague , he turned out to be unable to speak in English, we were badly frustrated and we left the shop deciding not to ever visit them again. we are currently considering some other brands but Tempur wont be in our list basically due to the very poor and unprofessional service offered by the sales lady at the store. Please Train your staff

We finally got our Tempur mattress and pillows. Mustafa was a great help in leading us through all the tricks and techniques. We ended up buying the bundle for the price of the mattress at 50% discount. Great treatment and excellent knowledge of the product.
