So glad that we found this little shop. A-Z furniture is a hidden gem (quite literally!) Unlike a typical retail store in a mall, the experience feels very personalized where you can choose from a great selection of fabrics, waterproof or not. Delivery was faster than expected, we got it in 1 week rather than 12 days as initially estimated, which is great considering we chose our own fabric. Most importantly its great value for money, we didnt expect to find a couch this big for the price! Thanks to Aastha for assisting us, she was very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process, from choosing the fabric right up until the day of delivery. Can highly recommend!

Bhumika was very efficient and was able to turn around the installation of a bed in a couple weeks (before schedule), and the making of perfectly made cushions within 24hours! I had A to Z Furniture customize my bed and duplicate two dining table chairs. I mainly dealt Aastha and she was quite helpful and professional. She always replied to my texts and gave me detailed responses. I would have given a 5 star rating if it werent for the bed delay. Other than that, I would recommend A to Z furniture.

CAUTION!!!!PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!We have placed an order for a customized bed from A-to-Z furniture with some clear instructions on 26th May 2021. We have made all the payments upfront.The delivery came by 10th June 2021, and we were shocked to see the product quality. It was not like they have shown in the pictures. We have clearly mentioned that the base should be flat and it must not be slatted, but it was slatted into two pieces, and there were holes. Moreover, the product looked shabby and not fresh at all. There were several pencil markings, dirt, etc. It had alignment issues, and there was no finishing. Their carpenters had cut the wood imperfectly, which damaged the edges. Also, the bed was extremely heavy.They have delivered the product while I was not there, and my housemaid signed on the delivery note. When I came home and saw the product their delivery man was about to leave and as soon, I saw it, I asked him to stop and asked to take it back. He said he cannot take the return and asked to contact their office. Right from that moment, we were trying to reach their office but we have faced a really bad experience with them.Their sales team was not at all helpful. Only one lady is working with this company it seems. She is the one who answers the calls on all their numbers (Landline & Mobile). She is the one who chats through WhatsApp. She initially told she is the salesperson, later she told she is the sales team head, and then told she is the manager and said she is the only person in charge. There is no one sensible in this company apart from this rude lady. This lady seemed so.. scared to give even their office address and didnt let us talk to anybody else apart from her. We had requested several times to send their carpenters to take the product back. Later, they stopped answering our calls.Later, we had to call some outside carpenters at our cost to dismantle the product and kept it aside.We have lost our money, time and energy with this company and in return we got is cheap quality defective product!!They will not refund or will give any support for your solving the issues. Rude & Poor customer service!THEY DESERVE ZERO RATING!!!!!

Ordered a queen size tufted bed with storage and we are very happy with how it has turned out. We were skeptical at first since we never custom ordered a bed before but their staff - Lavishka was very helpful right from the start, assisted us with all our queries. One of the worst experience in Dubai. After 2 months of waiting and false promises this is what they have delivered. Manufacturing defaults, different board colors, drawers and cabinet doors not properly closing and just look at the mirror cut!!! This was supposed to be our wardrobe. They are not customer orientated and they don’t want to even talk about refund! Please think before you decide to go with this company!

Had ordered an Ottoman Storage unit from them more than a month ago. Overall it was a very nice experience dealing with them. The sales lady, Aastha provided all the relevant product information (with available options) on time and guided me properly with regard to the billing and payment formalities, as this was an online purchase from my end. They are even open to customizing the furniture based on your specific needs, so this is one plus point I noticed in their offering; although I opted for the standard product only.Box quality is good, it is sturdy (we even use it as a bench sometimes), easy to handle and accumulated dust can be easily wiped off the surface. The box delivered is in line with what I had seen in the photos and information provided to me during my initial interactions Aastha.The product was delivered well before the committed date and the delivery guy was also professional and well behaved during my interactions with him. All in all, they seem to be a customer focused organization and shall definitely consider them for my future furniture requirements.

Its been a hard time to look some quality yet in reasonable price rack for our entertainment room were we are planning for. Was very much satisfied with the experience, especially Sumaira has been very helpful since the first few seconds when I started browsing the products, and she stayed supportive up until the items have reached the house. I really wish every similar company had the same customer experience where you have one dedicated point of contact for the customer who is always available from start to finish.The delivery time might take quite a while depending on the product but that wasnt a concern for me at all, especially after the items have reached and noticed their quality.Keep it up!

It could be a tricky ordering furniture online but thanks much to their excellent website and Rowena she was amazing, shes very patient in customer service because were having an opening showroom that needs to be presentable. Those beds that arrived in perfect condition and looks elegant. We only had some questions but Rowena was quick to respond and in a matter of minutes all was doing well. We are very happy with our super king bed.Rowena was absolutely amazing and very quick to answer questions help with our order. She was available all day and replied to messages immediately - she was fantastic!.The price and quality are great, and for the same design i have seen in other shops, is a lot cheaper, and the same quality.I would suggest the Supervisor communicates with the sale staff as I asked for 24hr notice for us to remove our old bed before the new one came. I got a call from the delivery guys telling me they were coming in 20 minutes (at 2pm with no prior notice before hand) - I could not dismantle my old bed alone.Rowena was very fast to respond and try to resolve the problem.We eventually got the bed delivered at 8:40 pm - far too late in the day especially when you have a small child. Apparently the Supervisor did not tell the guys to come back between 6 and 7pm?!To the supervisor and Manager - take note on customers delivery requests!

Hey Everyone! I ordered a custom-made bed from AtoZ Furniture not knowing anything about this company. I only found them on internet. It was such a pleasant experience. Not only that the price was very competitive with other suppliers on the market, they allowed me to choose the color beyond what was available on the website. I could communicate easily over WhatsApp with the team. Once the bed was delivered and assembled by the AtoZFurniture team I was super happy with my choice. Now, after having uncomfortable experience with another company that made a sofa, I’m going back to AtoZ Furniture and asking them to make a new sofa for me. In the meantime my guests Loving the Gold bed made by AtoZFurniture! 😃😘

Terrible quality and delivery, costumer service is the worst I have ever seen. I don’t recommend this company to anyone, go to any furniture store and you will get better quality for a good price. The pictures from the site are well taken and they will trick you, in reality the couches are poorly build and the material quality is cheap. At the moment I put the couch on a spare room, eventually will have to give to someone or put at the garbage. Really bad quality, uncomfortable, the legs came all scratched up, and to make matters worst the couch easily comes apart. So bad!!!

Worst company... Worst place to buy furniture from.... Worst employees.... If we can give it MINUS 100000 star we would.... First they were late delivering the sofa.... Then it came with Wrong measurements....and with stains all over and with a veeeeeryyyy BAD CHEMICAL ODOR that wont go away whatever we did.... They fixed the measurements problem after 1 month of repeated calls... and 1 month of waiting to get back the sofa.... THE WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD! EXTREMELY BAD - Product, delivery, customer service and management I had to deal with. The bed was different design (after 1st delivery I was told it can’t be same design as ordered because the pic is Photoshop) Used legs, used material, damaged fabric, damaged and cracked drawer, cracked wooden support, sticking out screws and nails. Everything was delivered (3 TIMES) in single layer of cling film. The parts of the bed were delivered and left outside the house! for almost 3 weeks bed was outside until company picked it up!The issue was solved after more than one month with the help of DED!

I will recommend everyone to buy furniture from a to z. Innovation and durability is why I am the regular customer.The services provided by the representatives was smooth and satisfactory. Products and goods delivered were up to satisfaction… and compatible to market price.

BAD EXPERIENCE!!CAUTION!!!!Before ordering a bed i went to the office. They told me that the delivery time will be 5-10 days. I told them that i will get visitors in my new apartment so I need at least the matress as soon as possible but nothing happened more than 20 days. My visitors and me had to sleep at the sofa and at the floor. I asked for a compensation but it was declined. This was one of the worst customer experience that i had. The material and sofa are made of cheap material. I recommend you to buy from another company although if you need to spend a little bit more.- Delivery time not met- Cheap looking furniture- Compensation request declined- Not keeping their word- Customer service blaming meSummary:NOT RECOMMENDED

If I could I would give them minus stars. The most unprofessional people i have ever worked with. Extremely bad service! I ordered a cabinet from them and it took them more than 3 weeks to deliver which is past the time they claim it takes and they sent the wrong cabinet, unstable and on top of everything it is damaged!!! So I asked them to replace it or refund my money. They took ages to reply and the reply I got was that they would take it back do a touch up and change it so it would look like the original one I ordered. This would take a few weeks. I mean seriously!!!!According to their website you are entitled to a replacement. After I said i want it replaced or a refund they stopped replying all together.Honestly spend your money somewhere else, as the material they use isnt good quality either. They claim that the cabinet was built once the order was placed but thats very obviously untrue. They sent a damaged, and dirty item to me. Once you pay they dont really care about the delivery.*Edit after the owners response* like I said i tried contacting you to get my cabinet replaced or refunded but you dont reply. Now youre sending your message asking me to contact you to show you care because I wrote a bad review. If you want to improve your relationship with me as your customer, send me a new cabinet that is undamaged and the correct one that i initially ordered or refund me my money.

Very low quality workmanship!!I had purchased a chaise loungewith storage from AtoZ exactly a month back when i shifted to a new home. To my dismay, the wooden legs of the furniture started loosening. It started with one and eventually all four are shaky now. Initially my delivery arrangements were delayed too. Now I call and message to complain but a lot of delay in responding.I was promised that i would get assistance today but none has come yet. In short, a very shoddy job done along with unprofessional customer care.

The worst service i have experienced in all my online my purchase experience.I have ordered two bed from a year ago after 6 months the matress got damaged and i had to throw it. However, i had order again from them 2 beds.They promised to deliver the matress after 2-3 days without mentioning the exact timing. On Thursday all of sudden they call informing that the mattress are on the way. Hence i have informed him that im not at home. Again they said they gonna reschedule the delivery. On sunday they call they say we gonna deliver. I have asked what time the mattress will be delivered. The sales lady said : we cant provo a time you have to be home all day. The delivery timing its upon the root and the diver, we have 100 clients we have to deliver to them. Thus, we cant provide you with the time-frame. I was shocked and surprised with this attitude. I have asked so u want to stand by all the day at home waiting furniture? What abt my job ? Shall i call sick.Never mind i have requested a call from the manager. I have explained the scenario however the manager she promised that the second day we will update you regarding tge delivery time-frame ( this after 1 week from the first delivery). So yesterday was waiting all day long waiting an update. The sales lady texted me at 21h pm saying: Hello Sir. We were closed today so will update you tomorrow. IMAGINETODAY she sent again: Good Morning, we will deliver your items on or before 31st May. Thank YouWithout any further explanation. Before i order everything was smooth and nice and they promised everything will be perfect. Once the payment is done they showed another face.The whole experience is toxic. And the way how they work is super unprofessional.

We are very happy with our super king bed.I made the design and they made the bed actually the same like my design!Rowena was fantastic and very quick to answer questions help me to choose perfect material!The price and quality are great however i have only one comment for the length of the bed it 204 or 205cm not actually 200cm so the mattress is not fitting probably but otherwise every thing is amazing.

I would have given these guys a negative star if I could. Very disappointing experience. Delayed production and missed the delivery multiple times. The team that delivered and installed the bed didnt wash their hands and left stains everywhere on the fabrics. Furniture quality is OK at best. I will be selling this piece of sh1t soon.Never again!

I placed an order a month and a half ago and I paid the full invoice in advance. I was promised to receive my order in 10 days and I havent received it till now. Worst customer service ever they, they lie about the status, sometimes they dont even reply and they keep giving me new date everytime and still they dont deliver. They also refused to refund my money.

Please don’t ever use this company for custom made furniture. A disaster. They have sent us something completely different to what we ordered and they are not taking responsibility. We can’t even sit on it as it’s so uncomfortable. We have complained to Dubai consumer protection. The zip isn’t even the same colour! Very cheap job! DisgustingUpdate: they said they would change the cushions. We agreed.. it’s been 9 days and this picture below is out current situation- we have nowhere to sit. They don’t answer the phone or messages. DED is on to them. We won’t give up until we get our money back.

The worst furniture and service. I ordered some shoes cabinets and this is how they delivered it (see pictures). They picked them up to make new ones and it’s been 3 weeks now and still in production! Do not order from them! It’s a waste of money and they are extremely unprofessional

Not recommanded at all. Terrible work and terrible customer service. The sofa came with many manufacturing defaults but they keep denying and saying its normal then just ignored me. Furthermore, the sofa is not comfortable at all and as hard as a stone to sit on. Save your money and buy ready made, at least you know what you are getting and paying for.

I absolutely love my bed and it was very reasonable in price in comparison to other companies. I had to wait a while but it was really worth it! I was able choose the right shade from a range of colours that the customer service agent presented. I communicated throughout the process via whatssapp and was given regular updates. Also happy to receive a free mattress with the bed and it has actually solved my back pain. I have recommended this company to all my friends and they are in awe when they see my bed. My BEST purchase so far :)

My couch came 2 weeks late, but it actually came in the right color, despite a lot of reviews about the wrong color, and it’s actually pretty good quality! A lot stiffer than I imagined it’d be, but that’s okay with me. I ordered 3 tables from them and they all came with scratches and dents, I refused to accept and they promised to fix the issue. 3 weeks later they again brought the tables still with scratches and dents saying these are minor ones! I refused to accept and requested refund and they are refusing to give a refund. 👎👎👎👎👎

I wanted a ‘corner computer desk’ which I could not find anywhere in Dubai but in A to Z furniture.I called them, I was directed to sales where CHARITRI, a very polite sales person answered all my questions as an expert, she also gave me little discount on top of the already best price.My desk was ‘made to order’ so she asked me about 3 weeks. It was her sales expertise that she messaged me couple of times to asked me to be patient as the best artisans were working on my desk.Of course the desk I received is very elegant but the girl has impressed me more than the desk.I am sure in future whatever I need I will go to Ato Z.

Not happy with the service from these guys whatsoever. Delay delay delay and no communication or updates as promised.We still have not received our furniture but they do not have a show room, so we are now terrified on how the quality of product will be. Will update this post accordingly, but based on our experience so far we are not expecting too much!

Super disappointed with the service so far! There are huge delays in the delivery of our furniture, the management refuses to call us, and we are now going through the holiday period without a bed in a new apartment! Nothing like sleeping on the floor for a week because this company could not deliver on time.They have offered a meager discount for a huge inconvenience.Communication was very poor from the onset - I would highly recommend going with other companies, and wish we had read the reviews before engaging with A to Z.

Worst delivery experience ever, 5 trials to deliver my order and while my instructions each and every time were clear that i want to be called 1-2 hours before the delivery comes simply because they cannot tell their customer when their order will be delivered yet each and every time the driver calls and say that he is 15-20 minutes away and when i tell him that i need at least 1 hour the leave and they deliver nothing.I wont recommend them for anyone unless you want to take couple of days off and sit home only waiting for your order.

I was looking for an ottoman that fits well with the overall light grey and birch theme of our apartment . I was very happy I found the perfect one from A to Z Furniture. Rowena was very accommodating, helpful and sweet. She helped me choose from the fabric color to the wood type, and guided me all throughout. The delivery took longer than expected, though. I was also disappointed when I saw the ottomans because of the wrong wood type, but they changed them to the correct one after voicing my concern.The ottomans now looked exactly as Ive expected. The only thing that bothers me is that when they changed the legs, the way the black fabric at the bottom was stapled was very sloppy.

Everything was concluded on WhatsApp - catalogue, sofa design, fabric selection, online payment and issuance of payment receipt. Their representative Ms. Rowena was super effective and clear in communication and very efficient in understanding our requirement and fulfillment of the order from start to final delivery. I never had to speak to her — very clear communication over WhatsApp.Finally, we received the sofa, exactly as we had ordered and imagined and within the agreed time schedule. The delivery guys were also very courteous and helpful.End to end great experience!! Highly recommend.
