This company has the worst service and costumer care service, we bought our expensive mattress from them and after 1 year it got damaged all the stitches around got open and when we ask for the warranty (5y) or at least to be fixed they were trying to give any excuse To avoid taking care of it. Now I have very cheap looking mattress and they r refusing to fix it :(

Terrible mattresses and terrible customer service!Had the mattresses replaced 2 times, all 3 mattresses dipped within a couple of months, leaving holes on both sides, in which you would literally roll in to at night.Whilst receiving my 3rd mattress was forced to sign a paper that said no warranty, so i would not get a replacement once of course the same problem happens.Not to mention countless e-mails and phone calls in the process of replacing it. Staff is most unprofessional, not replying to phone calls or e-mails. At the store, the salesman said “It happens because you bought the cheap one”, for which I payed about 6 thousand aed, in their store!The worst quality mattress I have ever seen.Save yourself the time and trouble and do not even visit this shop.

Bought the snow mattress 1 year ago and it is already going to the trash. It has curves and bumps all over and it has been giving my wife and I tremendous back pain.We contacted the store several times and they barely answer!! Our warranty is still valid but they do not want to honor it.We are seeing curves of 5cm on a 28cm bed (18%) and they say it is normal!!!Never buy a mattress from there, they are the worst.

Very lovely company and the owner is so sweet and humble. Lawrence my sales guy was very knowledgeable to all their products. I bought the matress called Lovely and its just perfect. Well worth every penny.

Highly recommended. Super nice sales staff - not pushy or upselling. They were genuinely interested in selling us a nice mattress at a good price. This kind of service is a breath of fresh air in Dubai. Extremely happy with our mattress. If I needed to buy another, I wouldnt even look anywhere else.

Worst mattress ever. Worst customer service ever. 10 year warranty is a lie. Mattress dipped more than 5 inches and now I have back pain. Worst investment ever. Don’t think this 10 warranty will give you peace of mind I fell for that and now look where I am. That’s 7000 AED down the drain. Your better off going to ikea a much superior mattress for less than a fifth of the price. I can buy a new mattress every 2 years and still save money and achieve a good nights sleep unlike what I’m experiencing right now from America bed. My advice, go anywhere just don’t go to American bed.

If there is a award of the world worst mattress it should go to American bed because the fabric that they use is very cheap and it causes back pain never go buy a mattress from American bed WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY 2500 dhs WASTED on very bad quality mattress

Im writing this review even if I didnt visit the store. Whys that? Because they were closed during their declared open time. The hours on the picture Im attaching are not to be trusted. Visited the shop around 1700 on a Friday. Closed....

I find your bed prices extremely expensive compared to competition

Turned up at 10.40 this morning after speaking with a staff member yesterday to find the store closed! Not happy
