One stop shop for all the grocery needs. Best butcher shop in the town. Westzone meat is always preferred over others. They have the best quality of bacon and ham.

Its ok, A market for purchasing necessary things in an urgent situation.But prices are higher than other supermarket/hypermarket.There is no noticeable offers found.

Took 2 hours of waiting for delivery and calling 3 times for them to tell me they got my phone number wrong. They said the delivery driver was outside but left because the number he called said they didnt ask for anything. Never rang the doorbell but just left. 3 times i called and they kept saying hes coming, hes on his way.

I had very bad experience today i saw kaju offer in offer shelft and it was written almost 7dhs 6pcs but when paid the bill was disappointes cam out almost 12dhs. This is mislead and unacceptable as senior staff said the tag name is different but irs his fault to place it on centre and it looks like all the prices one. He should have placed another price under that biscuit. When i asked for refund he was not professional by saying its written diferent name then he asked me to replace with diferent product 7dhs which i dont need and he replied whatever when i said place the tag so people wont mistage. He is talking infront me with staff about this matter which is not good. I am a regular customer and he should be thankful i buy during this pendamic. The staff attitudes is really not good and they only respect me when i wear my traditional dress if this continues I am sure economic department wont be happy about it.

1. I am dissatisfied as the prices of the promos not mentioned for noodles bundle for indomi despite tell more than one staff including the manager.2. The price of summon bread is not same and when I asked the staffs they still didnt care. (what if economic department staff visit?) am not sure are the supermarket have wasta?3. So many itema expensive not everyone can afford.Offered partnership was rejected...!!4 despite of pendamic and business is really down i believe we should as a customer to be welcomed not having that angry face its like i am forced to buy from you. I seen many staff playing with mobile and i wouldnt blame them if i see their happy faces but when i paid money she krep asking 3 times ndo you have change?? Common i showed my pocket and shr have lots of changes but she should ask unless she dont have. You should br thankful i buy from your store i never do this to my customers in my business.5. When exiting not even the staff saying iutside thank you olease come again, i even told him how r u but he igbored and his face angry.6. So many misleads on products i bought expensive hotdog can it shows big when i opened it is small not even filling my stomach.

Picked up a case of Oasis water bottles this morning. Came home and opened it to find all cockroaches running out of it. Killed about 9 + of them and found a lot of cockroach eggs inside the case. I called up west zone to come and collect it and it’s been more than an hour now and I’m still waiting. Seen cockroaches in their shop as well.
