Despite what their schedule says, they do not open at 6am. The staff arrives at 6am and then open a while later.Avoid arriving on time if you do not want to wait out in the morning heat/humidity.

Very big market you can buy any things

I wish I could give just half star..first and I hope the last bad and experience, I went there because the phone lines were busy, I bought my wish list and asked that they please send me 12 pieces of water to my apartment .. I had to go an hour later to the store to picked up my box of water. This is serious unacceptable!

One cannot call and check the availability of a product! You have to go there physically to check if it is available. The call center can’t even call the branch and ask. 👎

Just an advice. Never buy items on best value. I took smoked salmon 2 with the price of one. When i opened it one was ok and the second was horrible. I was chocked with the rotten fish smell....

Very very good supermarket you can say the best all over United Arab Emirates the offers are nonstop and you can find all your desired products, staff are very good even if the place is too packed, the customer service is not well arranged but they still do their job for i had a refund for an electronic product they still tell you go inside get the stamp from sales to insure that product had a problem and come back we will refund or exchange, they should provide someone to check

If you are nearby, walking distance away, this is good. but if you are going here with your car - big no! no parking and accessible only at the back side.

In nearby only big carrefour market mostly there is too rush but you can find all the groceries from there but they have only 4 counters which are not suitable for that rushy point they should increase the cashier staff there you have to wait in a big line to pay.

They have meat pies!!! This is the best supermarket in Dubai that we have been to. The fact that they had foods we had not have for years just made it a must visit.

Blatant display of racism from there staff. They always make me stand in a long queue and give priority to white people. This has happened 5 times to me and then they shout at you.How ignorant such a big brand can be
