Siraj tower is Wonderful apartment. very neat and clean with proper security.This is ideal place to stay on! beautiful garden is overlooking, I think is the highest building in the area. Facilities is awesome! (swimming pools, gyms etc.) compare to others.. Nice services too! My stay here is kind a miracle.Affordable so highly recommend to all.

Stayed here for a while when I first came to Dubai, as an English couple we are very particular, but he rooms are large, fresh and modern. Great helpful staff too, they offered me some great advice on what to see and where to eat around the city. Good price and value for money. We would stay here again and happy to recommend to anyone. DO NOT STAY IN THIS BUILDING!GET OUT !My advice, run as fast as you can from this building, and i will tell you each and every reason why :-- First and mist important, they install faulty meters to charge you more by separating the Ac feom dewa and into their owned individual entity ! (I will attach many supporting documents)- The rent that they impose is far too high for what you get and too high compare to its surroundings.- the contract is leaning towards the landlord and not far to the tenant with many one side penalties.- you will not receive the house in a good condition and they will tell you to just look the other way now so they do the same when you are moving out, BUT THEY WILL NOT , they were like FBI agents looking for evidence and they charged me 200 dhs for a very small cut in the chair that isnt even worth 100 dhs whole.- i have received the house with many disgusting issues, like lots of hair in the sink, somewhere was rotten and those little moth was always in the bathroom.- everything gets dusty- it gets very noisy becaude of the auto racing track- the Jacuzzi doesnt work 355 days a year.- gym is small.- they will tell you its a smart tv, BUT IT IS NOT.- THE CARPET WILL SHED LIKE ITS A STRAY DOG !- the carpet will shed, again.- the carpet will make your life hell.- the closet isnt that big compared to other houses- very tiny parking entranceAaaand more on the first point, they will steal your money by manipulating your ac bill !Please let me know if i can br more of a help

DONT STAY AT THIS BUILDINGI have spend three years in this building and the added costs for the bills is hidden until you get in.Building management will take all the security deposit ALL when you decide to leave the building considering that you have to leave all items intact without counting any depreciation values from original prices.It is a complete waste of money, dont stay there and get unfurnished apartment or stay in a hotel if you are in a short stay.

Insane cost for AC bill and maintenance is very poor, unfortunately two things you find out only after moving in. Sound from the racetrack is also a problem but not daily.

Very noisy from car racing at the autodorm , only 1 parking space, no playing area for kids, Jacuzzi is under maintenance for around a year now.Waiting for my contract to end to leave and I am sure 100% the managment will do everything in their power not to return the security deposite or to take as much as they can from it.

High quality furniture, Horrible noise from the autodorme , but we get used after 3 months , a lot of road construction in front of the tower . Very narrow parking enterance .Do not recommend .. because when I go out of the appartent the deduct a massive amount from the security deposit with unreasonable price .. for example 536 AED deducted for a very light curtain .

You will have to pay for the chiller separately (in addition to DEWA) and they normally ask you to pay approx AED 1k Per month or more for a 2BHK apartment in summers with moderate use. Logic utilities the service provider for the chiller will rip you for its services specially in summers.

Renting here has recently turned into a complete nightmare! As mentioned in many other reviews, the AC charges are absolutely ridiculous with some months topping 1,200 AED for AC alone for a one bedroom apartment. I complained, turned out there was a broken part causing the issue - which suspiciously seems to happen in many if not all apartments in the building. Despite this issue being public for a while (see below), the landlord representative still acts surprised as if the entire building isnt affected and units are still being rented despite there being knowledge that all flats should be inspected pre-renting as the appliances are causing overcharges. I have been promised a bill revision, that never happened and ended up with additional charges from the utilities for not paying as I was waiting for a response from the landlord rep. This is absolutely shameful! In addition, the apartments have a substantial amount of noise from the race track (obviously never mentioned before renting). With current prices, its not worth it all!

The noise coming from Autodrom drives me crazy !! Cant sleep at all ..cant wait for my contract to end ...

Stay awayyou will end up paying more than what you pay in a hotel, Ac costs 1000 aed per month +dewa 400-500 aed, agent didnt smile since 1996, every night cant sleep cause of autodrome track, maintenance will charge you even if your swerage get cloged, the stove really cheap quality and cant use more than 2 eyes at once, all electric supplies are cheap and low quality.S T A Y A W A Y

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!Do not repeat the mistake we made by renting at Siraj Tower!Worst experience and a rip off as they are very cunning and you will end up with a lot of hidden costs and expenses!Some of the worst things we experienced is how the agent initially said that the AC which is run by (Logic Utilities) bill would not reach 300 aed max a month however we have been paying over 800 aed a month which we only had on part time due to having a newborn baby and not needed to turn it on full time in summer.Not to mention that the AC leaks out other apartment cooking smells and other very strong foul sewerage smells!It’s very noisy with the Autobrome very close by which is super loud and sometimes runs 24 hour races!Loud Construction noise In the early hours of the morningApartment gets super dusty due to building being surrounded by empty land and constructionMinimal maintenance is super expensive and apartment management never responds to emails etcAll bathroom pipes were blocked and when we asked for them to be fixed when we moved in we were asked to pay a hefty amountOnce again please be careful and save your time and money else where and don’t fall into the trap we fell into!

Good tower, good sizes of different type units. But the price for rent is way OVERPRICED. If you like to hear sound of tyres, trucks or racing cars whole day, then you can go for it and live there. What is aed 85k, 12 cheques for rent(2 bed)? Are you kidding me?

One of the bad and really disappointing situation in siraj tower about security mr iftikhar working in the night shift is having really bad behaviour And he offered to the deliverer give me something and i will live you without any identification i think this is really bad impression full action

A good furnished apartment for long term rent in Arjan area (Barsha South 3)Building has GYM, Pool and Parking (1 per flat)Area is heavily under construction and this tower is middle of road and building construction development. You have noise at apartment because of all these!! The only advantage it might be price, 140K for 3 bedrooms fully furnished.

Fairly well-maintained, excellent for families who value privacy and secure environment. Separate gyms for gents/ladies and it is well-equipped. Pool area is clean but it is not very deep. A kids pool and a Jacuzzi (under maintenance) as well. Occasional noise from Autodrome, but as someone said you will get used to.Studio, 1Bhk, 2 Bhk available (both furnished/unfurnished).PS: Bonus point for cold water in taps all year long (even during hot summers)

Very smart rooms

Great tower, security staff is nice, apartment is brand new and better than most of the classic equivalent flats in the area, for a reasonable price. There is a gym and a pool with jaccuzzi on the rooftop, perfect for the end of the day. Only problem is the noise from sheikh Mohammed bin zayed road, windows should be full noiseproof. Also with the autodrome, when there is a race it gets noisy.

Beautiful Tower.

Weve liven in Siraj Tower for 5 months. Our 2 br is large and is furnished with QUALITY furnishings. Siraj is s new building. Whenever weve had any maintanance issues, the staff handles it quickly and efficiently. The balcony is very large.Siraj has 2 gyms: male/female and a rooftop pool and hot tub.There is a lot of construction in the immediate area, so that can be a bit of a hassle from time to time... but its Dubai; theres always construction.Siraj is convenient to Umm Sequim, Sheikh Mohammed and Hessa streets. The Miracle Garden is within walking distance. The new Al Barsha City Center is about a 2 minute drive. Its small, but it has all the basics including a Carrefour grocery, Al Ansari Exchange and Shakespeare & Co.

Im living in Siraj. its the worst choice ever! HUGE problem with the NOISE from the AUTODROME!! DONT think to rent here an apartment. Im waiting my contract to finish and I will move out.
