Overpriced for the services and facilities. I regret renting a one bedroom here. There’s a constant shortage in water supply and the garage entrance is too small that it scratched the front of my car several times and probably most of the residents as well. When I tried to contact Damac management, they always referred me to some other department and no one really helped in resolving the water pressure issue or the garage. On top of that, the AC filters are of low quality, the house is always dusty. Poor engineering quality of the building. I would give it a zero if there was an option. I cannot even contact the owner to cancel the contract. I rented in Emaar previously and honestly what a huge difference. I miss Emaar’s quality of service!

The garage entrance is really small.We have constant problems with the water supply and the AC. Damacs management is really bad, they overcharge you but do not listen to your requests or complaints. Stay away!

These people did not place filter in AC causing dust and flies in all the units in the building.. they did not fix the issue even after following up for 3 months.. its pathetic.. We are still chasing them to fix just 1 filter in the AC and god knows how many more days they need for this..

The whole AC system is messed up and it pulls all the dust and flies from outside to the apartments.. Water leakage everywhere.. Horrible management and equally lazy workers..
