Wonderful experience all in all. From the initial contact on the phone till I got brought up to my room. Abdul took great care of me. Beautiful and fresh rooms. Spacious and clean. Best is it is just behind Burjuman mall. Walling distance. Quaint hidden treasure. Definitely will visit once more.

Good location, walking distance to Burjuman mall, Good room sizes, friendly staff but dirty apartment with outdated furniture, they cleaned the apartment after we complained. The parking is terrible , very narrow access without remote control, everytime you need to sound the car horn to enter

The rooms were ok. Good size but very outdated. The air conditioning did not cool the room past 24 Celsius so it was very hot all the time. The staff did nothing to fix it after complaining about it being hot.The pots and pans were so worn out it was almost unusable.The oven did not work.The tv s were made in 1990 or some time near there. Unwatchable and burnt screens.The daily fire alarms going off were very noisy and annoying. Every single day!The daily construction noises and chiseling on the floor tiles made it impossible to relax. They dont tell you in advance.The silly hotel policy of no visitors is so ridiculous and outdated for any hotel in the world. They said its on their website, which nobody will visit.Why didnt they put the hammering and chisel work in the website to let people know before they book the room? Its too late after you book and cant get your money back once you are there to check in.Not ever going to stay here or any other hotel associated with this name.I was happy to leave and warn everyone out there..this is what you will experience if you stay here.

One of the best hotel apartments in Dubai with top class customer service and friendly staff. It’s very well maintained and they have kept the standards high for a very long time. Will recommend it highly for a convenient stay for short and long stays. Top class!

Stayed there for almost a month-Very good location, walking distance away from the metro station- Very clean amenities.- The staff are all nice. Always provided what we requested and needed.-The room has it all.-The lobby staff are always ready to assist.-They do random fire drills.-It has shops and pharmacy just below it.-Free car parking on the basement.

Enjoyed our time here. The apartment was comfortable and clean and large. It is really close to the Burjuman mall ( 3 mins walking distance) and this made it easier to get stuff. There needs to be more variety on the TV though. I would not mind more English channels. If staying in Bur dubai i would definitely return back for a visit.

Really nice place. The staff are friendly. Im staying in an apartment where the rooms are good and spacious. House keeping is fantastic. Internet speed is good. Im staying here for more then 1 week and till now I dont have any complain.

They ruin our plan to surprise the Bride to be. Instead of staying quiet they ask if who is the one to be surprise?! Like what on earth is happening to the staff in the recieption area. Gosh!!! So it turns out the bride to be didnt surprise at all!

You should fix the machines in the Gym.All the rest is excellent

It was a comfortable stay indeed. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. We faced a leak in washroom but we were immediately shifted to another room with balcony. As we were in dubai for education conference for just two days, it was a bit inconvenient to check out 5 hrs prior to flight to avoid paying for half day rent charges for apartment. They must accommodate with late check outs too without payment.

We chose this hotel based on the recommendation of a friend who had stayed there last year with his family. Also I found that the online reviews for this property were very good. We are happy we made a good choice and the reviews we read reflected the true picture.We stayed for 8 nights and we enjoyed our stay. The property location is ideal, with excellent connectivity having Burjuman metro station nearby. Also getting a cab is not difficult, we get one as soon as you reach the main road. There are plenty of food options available nearby either eating out or door delivery.Also the hotel service was excellent. Overall it was a very pleasant stay for my family and I have no hesitation in recommending this to my friends and also we too will choose this again if we happen to visit Dubai next.A big thank you to the management of Rose Garden and please keep up the good work !

Rose Garden is conveniently located near the Metro, hop on hop off bus stop and Burjuman shopping mall. There is also a washing machine which was very handy. I also wish to commend the staff who were very accommodating and approachable. They also upgraded our room.I will stay there again next time Im in Dubai.

Excellent value for money. First time in Dubai and we werent going to spend much time in the hotel but instead be out and about sight seeing and shopping. So this was the perfect balance in both location as it was close to the metro, the souks and other attractions, but also perfect in terms of value for the facilities we got in respect to the money we paid.Our studio came with a little kitchenette and a washing machine.Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It is a good location and very decent full service apartments. You can literally walk to Burjuman mall. The only drawback is that most of the apartments does not have a balcony.

It was our first time to stay in this hotel apartment.And it was really an excellent experience even for just 1 day.Their staff are friendly, they really take good care of us very well.Also their internet connections is super strong.And the great thing I like the most is we enjoyed the pool ,because it is from 9am to 9pm..A perfect celebrations we had on my birthday..Keep up the excellent work..We will surely come back again..

Very friendly and good people. They just need to make the reception area more enticing and welcoming. When we got in, we were scared that we have made a wrong decision, we even started looking for other hotels around. Owing to the fact that already paid before we arrived, we decided to manage but suprisingly, the rooms are beautiful and big, feels like home. I hope they have changed the lift too.

Good place for pleasant stay. Courteous staffs. Better go for 1 bhk, it is very spacious, dedicated kitchen and almost all appliances. I am not happy with Studio rooms.

Clean, Quite and spacious hotel apartment and the only downside was the narrow parking entrance that could scratch your car ( happened to me ) , better book the parking area when you book the hotel.

Excellent renovated fascilities. Super location in the quiet area within couple minutes from the metro station and shopping mall. All you can expect during the travels, including perfect and caring service and staff.

Very spacious apartment. Excellent location but furniture is run down. Sofas were full of dust and mattress not very comfortable. for the price it could be considered an average apartment. Nothing good...nothing bad. I wouldnt stay here for the fact that plenty of options are available in same range but newer properties.

My favourite hotel in Dubai. Simply love the large spaces and the location is ideal for business and sightseeing, right next to Burjuman mall and the metro.Most importantly, the staff here go to great lengths to ensure you have a comfortable stay.

Friendly staff who were so accommodating . Clean, great value . But the real advantage of this hotel is the location. Its a 2 minute walk to the metro and to a huge shopping mall Smaller local shops and restaurantsall within walking distance. Room decor is a bit outdated but still has everything you could possibly need.

Had a very enjoyable for days. The apartments were clean and very well appointed, although the electronic safe was not fixed down in any way(!). The local store was adequate for most supplies. Nice and close to the local metro station to the city.

One of the best family friendly hotel apartments to stay in Dubai. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and has the usual conveniences like WiFi, pool access a small gym etc. The location is very close to the Burjuman mall and metro station. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and cafeterias around. The hotel also arrange for airport pickup/drop. Very courteous and cooperative staff.

Good hotel, big rooms,good location value for money and very helpful staff at the reception. Only one thing I found was, internet connection. No internet on the day I checked in until 7.00PM and then ON and OFF many times . Some times I had to go to the lobby.Please pay attentions on this issue. Otherwise its a very very good hotel.Definitely, I will be back next year.

Stayed for a week with family. Felt like home. Spacious room. They provide all kitchen equipment, Washing machine, dishwasher etc. Burjumaan metro is 5mins walk.

Stayed here for more than a week. Calm place. Good service. But the access to the under ground parking is very narrow.

My stay at Rose Garden has been thoroughly pleasant. They staff there are so helpful. And they have a sauna that is to die for!

Rooms are clean, neat and good.I wish to stay next time also and will recommend my friends tooStaff behavior also good .Sorry to say one exception was there,One of the receptionist who was in duty on 13th December.His attitude towards the gust was not good he act like a boss . Not at all polite .

I used to stay at Rose Garden - Barsha and this is first time stayed at Rose Garden - near Burjuman. We booked a Studio and a one-bedroom apartment for nine nights for a family outing.Check-in was bit hapazard as one of the two rooms was ready. However it was done quickly.Housekeeping should be more improved. Curtains, waste drain had to be attended after we checked-in. Dustbin was not available in the rooms. Air-conditioning was far from satisfactory as controls were not working properly.I rented a SUV during my stay. I found ramp to basement garage to be extremely constricted and uncomfortable.There was no welcome fruit basket as advertised, although it’s not a significant issue. But refills were not made for tea, coffee and sugar as used to be done at Barsha.Otherwise service was prompt and very courteous.

We are still satying last 10 days here. The apartment we have is quite big about 1200 sq ft and very clean. All fixings are new. Area is very quite and very close to Burjaman Shopping Mall. Worth to stay.
