Worst building to live in.The manager of the building needs to learn more of customer service, I wonder why they gave him that position.AC problem always happen in my flat and I lived there for 2 years, I asked the maintenance and they just charge me a lot, without fixing it and then the attitude of the guard!I reported last time that the African security was rude and I even emailed them officially filing a complaint about him and nothing happened. Everytime I pass by he doesn’t open the door and no greetings.He is always on the phone and he thinks of himself like he is my boss.I spoke to Osama about it and nothing, nada! These people doesn’t deserve work in this time of crisis. They should get another job or training to enhance their interpersonal skills.Don’t live in this building.

One of the worst developers, building finish is terrible, gas leaks, water leaks, cracked walls, no AC, no functioning facilities, gaps in windows, tiny kitchens with cheap appliances, no dishwasher.No option for electric cooker or oven, you are forced to pay into their gas monopoly.Very noisy with lots of labourers using hammers to try to fix everything but just making things worse.Management that does not care for the tenants.Do yourself a favour and choose a reputable developer and dont waste your money on this place.
