I want to put negative stars. Renting in block A and OMG, my AC smells like fish or super strong sewage every time i turn on the Acs. I checked with one of my neighbours and was surprised to know that the whole floor has the same disgusting problem! I doubt there was any consultant working on this project!

A complete rip off... wish i can give this zero star.Charge rent for luxurious property and not even basic facilities.No gym and no one knows when will it open.Only 1 access card given,2nd access card charged @ AED 440 non refundable.And it will comes as a surprise when you sign the contract.
