One of the best places if you are staying in downtown. Very near to Dubai mall, metro station and the supermarket.

Perfect location in downtown.. excellent maintenance. the apartment and the building looks brand new. Equipped with literary all amenities that that one can think of.. have been using the party hall for many years for large gatherings and functions..used the private office and business centers for hosting meetings

Nice place to stay. Great location in downtown Dubai. Close to the Dubai Mall, Opera House, and Burj Khalifa. Its a short walk to the metro. The facilities are good. They also have on site security.

Proximity to the metro station and Dubai mall walking bridge plus the variety of restaurants downstairs makes it one of the best buildings in the downtown to live in.Good maintenance team available in the building and access control makes it a safe place to enjoy your time.

I noticed lots of people have left reviews but they are either real estate agents or random reviewers. I lived in Lofts for 3 years till June 2016. Though the building is in a nice location, it is one of Emaars older units and isnt at par to the rest. The apartment was falling apart and every few months there was always issues including leakages from apartments next door as well as a very odd smell that came through the central A/C. There was also construction and we left mainly because of this. Noise and lighting is unbearable from the site as they work 24 hours. Now they started work on the Forte building which will be a huge project. There are far better emaar properties on the blvd and I would avoid if anyone is planning to move. I gave it a 2 star because the location is nice.

Old building in downtown, the view for certain apartments is great and the facilities like restaurants and shopping stores are amazing. Due to the building age it has its issues here and there, there is traffic at some point of the days or weekends.
