Sobha Hartland Greens is one of the nicest project i have seen in a long time, the location is amazing rite next to Downtown yet very peaceful, the finishes are far better then i have seen with the big name. Its truly worth every penny. I thing it would be one of the best community to live in in few months.

Very bad community management and useless owner association! Awful rules and non structural and logical community I strongly don’t recommend to buy or rent an apartment In This community!The only way of communication is trough there cheap low structured whatsapp chat bot from Kaizen OA. It’s impossible to simply go out of the building due to School located next to the building 6!Endless construction I thought there high Quality windows (which I thought was high quality) can’t widstand the construction noice.There is literally nothing in this area!Last time I came to book a basketball court which is on the entrance it was very dirty!* basketball court is dirty and no easy booking of it! (You have 10 unnecessary QR CODES on the lobby but u have not managed to put one to book A very dirty court!)* traffic jams (you will be late everywhere)* constant noise from construction* impossible to seat on the balcony due to dirt from constructionIt was my biggest regret to rent in here under the KAIZEN OWner association!!!I will break my contract because of this awful community!

Great appartment but horrible facility management and no matter what you suggest to them they never take into consideration.Dogs peeing and pooping all over the common ares where kids play and people hangout.People having friends over to access the pool and the gym when it barely accommodates those living there.Absolute chaos.

One star for service and staff management !Beware of false promises ! Buildings and location is good but sorry for the service ! All those who have given 5* must be visited ( to see whether they are real buyers) before risking your money !

Moved there few months ago. Things were okay at the beginning , however, construction sound is getting louder by the day. I would really recommend this place if you don’t mind truck sounds, banging, and digging sound from 6:00 am to 7 pm. It is constant and windows insulation does not help at all.This issue has been reported to Sobha management serveral times with no action or response!

Building is nice .But when I ask security any questions they Know nothing and can’t help . Nothing . Second problem is windows !!! Guys they clean one window only since I move here . 7 month almost . Windows are very dirty , and nobody care .

Despite what is being claimed, Sobha doesnt deliver units on time. Weve been recently informed that the anticpated completion date for the greens 1 building was pushed from 31/12/2017 to 30/06/2018. Be careful about their arguments on their back integrated model which is supposed to ensure on time delivery.... All lies... When you try to get explanations via the helpdesk you just get no reply. All in all just run away and stick to reputable developers.

Great deal , this is valuable property if you are planning to move Dubai .

Only and Only the owners can tell how it is and what it is... the truth.. the reality... Visit the owners association and then risk your money.

I bought a 2 bedroom after all the research I found out sobha is the Best Mohsin , Olga and Patric where Helpfull

A ponit where all major roads are accesible easily for heading towards major cities of UAE.

Economical as compare to other dubai properties.

Great location very near to downtown , and construction quality is superb. I really did not find issues that some people have shared about management. Depends really as all places will have something great, good and not so good. i would recommend this one - clean, convenient and wirth the money

One of the best real estate projects in Dubai in terms of spaces and finishing is correct. Their price may be a little expensive, but every penny you pay takes its right in terms of services and quality
