Nice location. Accessible to park and supermarkets. Worse part is the lift of the building for its residents. No service elevator.

Nice state of the art Tower. The elevators are quite small and when you consider the number of people that live there, it ends up being a very tight fit in 9 out of every 10 journeys

Centrally located in Barsha Heights (old Tecom). Easy access from Internet City Metro Station, got restaurants, provisions store and Gym in the same building. Mixed use building (both commercial and residential)

Its good for staying here because the atmosphere is nice where is this tower is located and beneficial is that metro is near by and below the supermarket all around its good

HIGHLY POPULATED, WORST LIFT AND BAD SMELL EVER!!!!!

There are 2 tower for sheikha noora building 1 is for residents and one is for offices the offices one is good you can get the lift eassily but the residents tower is wrost in terms of lift you have to wait in a big line to go your room in the peak hour if you are getting late you have wait for the lift

Highly populated. The tower is commercial upto 10th floor and rest above is residential. Lift service is very slow for residents.

Very dirty building, all families left because the building is raided with men and bachelors sharing apartments. You have to wait for 15 mins and more every time for the elevators. No pool and gym, its shut since 4 years now. The water in the building shuts down minimum 3 times in a year. The AC doesnt work majority of the time in the summer. Owner doesnt care about the tenants. Look elsewhere.

Cheapest residential place in Tcom. Includes bed space and partitions for singles or couples. Near to 24/7 Carrefour and a 24/7 restaurant. Directly infont of the metro. Usually there is a line for lift at office timings.

Worst place even to visit

Parking maybe difficult on busy hours but close to metro. They have Westzone and other supermarkets outside, and nearby restos

Dirty stairs and slow lifts. Rest is fine, metro is nearby and you get agood view from the top.

Staff is good cleaning is maintained i like it

Place is old baf condition no visitor parkingrent is high . only 3 elevators to serve 28 floors, yoi have to wait for at least 15 min till the elevator reach your floor and then it will be full

If you wanna get in the lift in busy hours, u have to stand in a long queue....

Worst building in dubai!!!!!! They dont care about the tenants.. they dont even have a proper management email if you want to send a report or complain!!!!!!
