I lived in the bulding for two years 2018 and 2019.Very Nice and Big building. it is actually the best abd the cleanest building in the area, has a laundary, restaurants, and chuitrms supermarket that has food dupplies and others that you may need. the building also has park on the 7th floor as well as swimming pool and gym on the top floor.Bit more expensive that other buildings in the area but it worth living in

Good value for the prices. The hallways are clean, the garden area is finally open, and the gym is not too shabby (nothing amazing though). The security men are lovely, but security is not tight at all. However, Ive never faced any issues in my 4+ years living here. Depending on what floor you live in, you might have neighbours who keep the garbage room clean, or those that throw stuff everywhere. Major plus for the 24/7 Choithrams in the building.

Clean Tower in DSO in a good loaction, building is older with individually owned units. Overall building maintance is good but the male gym could do with some work, some machines are broken.

The apartments are much larger than the neighbouring towers.

This tower is one of the tallest and most beautiful in the Silicon oasis, Dubai. Landscape Views from this tower is something you dont want to miss. Beneath the tower is Choithram supermarket and Lamagon restaurants. The tower boasts of a gym for its residents and also a sweet crystal-clear, temperature adjustable swimming pool sitting at the top of the tower. The structure is a classical fabricated one. The security is top notch and its worthy of every expenses paid. It also has sauna and some other wonderful facilities. Beautiful should be another name for this silently glamorous tower.

7 years old building but still in perfect condition. Parking from ground to 6th floor. Swimming pool at the roof is very small and not deep. The separated by sex gyms are fair enough. The staff is kind. All the facilities are clean and with pleasent smell. No insects even at the garbage chute. Choithrams Supermarket at the ground floor. Briefing a very good place to stay in.

Clean, tidy, well-organized and serviced. Apartment sizes are better than most other buildings in Silicon Oasis. Supermarket and ATMs downstairs. Plenty of parking. All in all a great place to live.

Very neat and clean building and very accurate services like cleaning and things like that .. plenty of lifts and security 24/7 besides the view on the street is phenomenal . the best advantage is that you have a big supermaket under the building (choitrams market) you can easily pick anything at anytime

It was scorching hot but AC wasnt working properly.Pool has smaller size and on the top floor which becomes very hot. There is heavy chlorine, you can feel burning and bad smell on the skin.Gym is very small and poorly equipped.

Excellent facilities and great place to live in with an advance infrastructure, all required amenities are near by and surrounded by educational institutes, free zone companies and easy to reach any near by place in Dubai with less traffic. All new technologies and development are implementing and good vision by Dubai Government.

This building is poorly maintained and a dangerous place to live. The safety and amenities are substantially declining and building management is indifferent to this.Falling Windows. When you first drive up to the building youll see a construction barricade around the walkway because the windows are falling off the building. Its a potentially deadly hazard, though management has posted signs claiming no responsibility if a window falls on someone. The seventh floor atrium is also closed because of this. Its been like this for over 10 months now and building management has offered no information on when it will be fixed and seem to be making no progress on this despite numerous complaints.Flood. Weve experienced a flood on our floor with 4-5 cm of water due to improper maintenance which subsequently flooded floors below and caused all elevators to stop working for the day.Fire. Weve experienced a fire due to improper maintenance of the chiller on the upper floor. Toxic smelling smoke fumes flooded a stairwell, caused a full evacuation, and caused a shutdown of the elevators and air conditioning for 36 hours.Parking. Parking is a free for all with people not adhering to assigned spaces or parking wherever there is an opening, including places that block others and are not even legitimate spaces. Security is completely useless and has no control on the parking situation. Their only remedy is to put a piece of paper on the improperly parked car warning them to not park there again. Which has no effect as the drivers remove the paper and continue to take other spaces or block loading areas.Sewage. Sewage systems are frequently backed up causing the apartments to smell foul.

I am living here now, its a nice tower with facilities in a central place in Dubai silicon oasis. They have covered parking and 24bhoirs security and 24 hours supermarket downstairs.

Nice apartments but it’s a shame that the neighbors are so noisy. Maintenance is ok but nothing special. Security is always willing to assist and help.

Not the best selection of neighbors. Facilities are poor. Only half of the gym equipment works. Car park access is poor and many times outside cars park on your parking spot.

Located at a convenient place, near to SMBZ road, There is a Choithrams Supermarket in the Ground floor and other restaurants/fast food joints.

The best apartment in this area,best location,backside the building is Gems Wellington School,and one choithrams supermarket in the ground floor,opposite there is two nursery,clean, central AC.

Very bad management awful services and poor maintenance. Gym is a disaster and pool is always not clean. Parking area is our of control always. Garden is closed for two years and windows were not cleaned from outside for 3 years!!

High rents & zero maintenance. the walls of the house are crumbling due to water leakage and i was told this is in every apartment and i have to live with it. save your money and go somewhere else.

The common area.. park on the podium level has been closed for more than 3 years now - hazard due to falling glass panels from the facade.
