Apartments are in a decent condition and affordable.swimming pool is not maintained, Sauna and steam room closed.many tenants throw their garbage in the garbage room not through the garbage shoot. no action taken by Building managemententering and exiting the location is nightmare.no Mosque in the area.Building management team are friendly.

The building itself is good The apartments are lovely, pretty spacious. And good facilities management, very nice swimming pool,for the great and really friendly staff working there!

IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT. CHECK IN TIME WAS 15.00 BUT I WAS MADE TO WAIT UNTIL 17.00 AT THE RECEPTION BY WHEN I WAS SO UPSET THAT I CANCELLED MY STAY BUT I WAS REFUSED REFUND. IMAGINE YOU CANCEL BECAUSE OF THEM NOT DELIVERING THE PROPERTY AT THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WILL AND STILL YOUR REFUSED THE REFUND. THE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION NOT HELPFUL AT ALL, THE LOCATION IS REALLY BAD ALSO. FOR THE SAME PRICE YOU CAN GET MUCH BETTER PROPERTIES IN BETTER LOCATIONS.

Beautiful finishings, spacious apartment (1bhk comes with a storage room, guest toilet with a shower, large living room), polite staff. Separate lift for dogs. Large open area to walk dogs. Big supermarket on the ground floor with fresh bakery and grilled chicken.

First and foremost my heartfelt thanks to Mr. Jamini and ASGC team for such a wonderful support during the pandemic, I believe I would not find any other real estate agency who are as transparent and compassionate as ASGC and team are. They have gone out of there way to support me during my tough times during COVID pandemic. Wish you all the very success and am sure your company will raise tall with no limits.The property itself is very amazing and maintained, we had good neighbors too.... all the families and the bachelorette residing there are very considerate and supportive..... our kids loved to stay there because of the amazing pool and the ambiance created within the property.... I would suggest everyone this amazing property for the top notch staff and the competitive price such big apartments..... we stayed in P3-14 and our time there was short due to pandemic but worth remembering.... Our regards to the whole team of ASGC

We stayed here for 3 years and can only say good things about the building and the management. Big apartments, with high ceilings and cosy layout. Pool and sauna is nice and well maintained. Easy to drive in and out from al ain road. Fast lifts clean corridors and huge supermarket on the ground floor. The building manager mr Jamini was always ready to assist us. Will miss the building a lot!

Its home. Ans very nice place to live. Building management are taking good care of cleanliness and security. My only concern is that recently I noticed some bachelors moving in lifts. So maybe not all falta have family. But all in all, better than any silicon oasis building ans more cheap

Was nice building first year but now full of bugs and cockroaches and building management is in a deep sleep i guess bcz they allow people to throw garbage on the garbage room floor not on the specified windows plus allowing furnitures in corridors

Smaller rooms than those in Skycourt, no playground area very compact and low price finishing. Forgot to mention more expensive than Skycourts. Dont know is cooling is a separate bill need to check.

Newly constructed building with great looks. Mini Market on the ground floor. Good alternative for people living in Skycourt Towers.
