Beautiful Apartment to live in with lovely views of the Burj Khalifa and surrounding cityscape yet away from all the noise.

I live here. I like it but. I feel like its a bit small because where I used to live before in Sharjah the apartment it was bigger than this apt. The gym and pool are nice I went there for almost 2 months. Parking spaces are small there not many parking spaces there are more apartments then parking spaces and there is no view on the front desert side and its so hot on the front side. The only reason Im down grading this apartment is because there is no view in my old apartment it was sea view so I like that apt more.

Good spacious property with reasonable rent and good maintenance service. Few drawback are congested parking spaces, noisy balconies for most flats due to facing Highway and sqeezed timing for pool and gym.

Very bad property a/c every week brokes and no night team shift and customer service not helping
