We really enjoyed our stay here. we took 2 bedroom. it was spacious, clean and it has all the amenities, kitchenwares, kitchen stuffs even the sponge for washing the dishes, washing machine, you could feel the vibe of staying at home yet relaxing somwhere plus the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating i love the steam room, sauna and pool too, the pool was huge and not so crowded its good to relax, they have jacuzzi as well my baby and i love to swim there.

The hotel room was nice, spacious and has everything we need, like washing machine and stove etc.The room attendants and lobby helper are very nice and always ready to help.Though the front desk staffs are not so friendly and frowning almost everyday when we pass by them. The only nice front desk personnel is the lady that assisted our check in.I think this kind of aura in front desk is not so inviting.

If u came Dubai with your family, I would recommend to stay at this hotel. Price is cheap if you booked from Agoda in advance. Family room is available with 2 bedroom with attached Bathroom, Living room, Kitchen, and another Toilet is included. Friendly service. There is a problem with a door key that they need to fix it. Ive told to Reception and management should follow & repair it. Apart of it, everything is great. It takes 15-20 min to go Gulfood (Dubai World Trade center).

The price is very good for two bedrooms, there is everything you need in your room and there is a swimming pool. My only complain was about the microwave, it wasnt working, and there is a problem with their wifi its hard to use on apple products.

Very near from the airport and the staff is also very cooperatives. Housekeeping staff Chandana, Leslie and Riyaz were very cooperatives. I stayed there from 19th to 26th March19. Many hotels around specially Hyderabadi hotels.

Best location, surrounded by restaurants and supermarket. Staff is really polite, attentive to details and resolves any problems quickly. Metro station is at walkable distance , close to airport and has NMC hospital near by for all medical needs. Lots of ATMs, money exchange near by. Easy to get taxi for both Sharjah and within Dubai city. Swimming pool, sauna, steam bath, food room service available. Fantastic experience, highly recommended.

Experience I had with my family in this hotel apartments was wow but the receptionist should communicate with customers more to add more value.

Duplicated charges during booking in April 2018. Never paid back. Ignored all my requests. Had to file CC fraud report. Thereare harassing BS managers on reception. Scam alert. Avoid

Most incompetent staff I have ever met.Unfriendly staff and working without priority: who comes last is serve first. Prepare for long check-in.I extended my stay from the front desk. On the day the extension was starting they ask me to leave the hotel!!! they did not record it and hotel was full...Rooms are dirty with cockroaches running in the bathroom and kitchen

Large comfy rooms, courteous staff, breakfast could have had some more choices but considering the prices or the rooms it was not a big issue

Two times I have stayed here all been pleasant...

I would give a negative rating if possible , they extort money from guests claiming they have broken this or that, whereas its their room which has several problem , from basin not functioning to main door handles getting stuck and then they claim you have mishandled their utensils, and they will do that the moment you will be leaving and hv already called your taxi or have a flight in a few moments so that you dont hv much time to argue. dont believe me ?? go and see for yourself .plus they will cancle your booking so you book on a later date with higher rates.

Not worth at all no good service especially at the counter reception no good cleaness no drinking water supplied and no tea or coffee supplied no enough utensilsin the kitchen no washing machine working many small insect found in each every corner of rooms and in kitchen cooking not possible as many kitchen items are not there
