Exceptional professionalism shown by everyone I dealt with at Dubai Jewel Tower so far, right from liaising with Ms. Maileen, who was very pro-active, flexible and went above and beyond in ensuring everything went to plan, to Mr Biswas, who helped with the moving in process and was extremely thorough. We got the keys today, the check-in process was seamless and the apartment spotless as promised.Special mention to Suman at reception who really cares about the tenants as well as Ms. Ameenah for all her help.Whilst were still very new to the building, first impressions have been great!Thanks and keep up the good work everyone.

I just finished up at DJT and am sad to be going. The year 2020 caught up with me and I am heading home and thats the only reason to leave. For me it was a great location, with quality building and fantastic view (I was in a 1 bedroom with sea views). But aside from all that I think the best part was the staff. They were all friendly and very helpful. Security team in the front desk, the cleaning staff around the building, the maintenance team also the room cleaning staff and the guy washing my car. Even dealing with management and the agency staff on move in it was all smooth and professional. This was my first time to rent directly in Dubai and they helped also with all the other things I needed to know and do. I really recommend it and hope I might get a chance to be back again one day.

I lived at Dubai Jewel Tower for one year and can say that this is by far the best place I have lived in my more than 20 years of being a frequently moving expat. The building is very well located and fitted out with top-notch facilities - a full sized pool for serious swimmers, fully equipped cardio and weights rooms and squash courts, to name just a few. Rents are well priced for what is offered but what really impressed me was the efficiency and helpfulness of the management. It is an incredibly well run property. The management company, Al Maskan provide regular updates which help you know what is happening, the maintenance team are swift, skilled and well mannered and always arrive when they say they will and the security team are always on hand at reception, courteous and smart. If the opportunity arises again, I will not hesitate to move back here.Andrew Cover

Luxury residential tower with NO visitors parking (p.s. there is ample parking for visitors but thats a management decision)
