Excellent property with very supportive admin and technical staff. Well maintained swimming pool and gym is definitely to be mentioned

I have been staying here for the past 3 years, everything is overwhelming. The location is convenient and accessible to all areas without getting stuck in traffic. There maintinance team are the most fast responding and professional team. The gym and the pool are fascinating. Maybe Faisal ( property supervisor) one of the reason you will tend to stay in this building. He is professional , approachable , humble and problem solver if any occurs. I highly recommend this building to stay in if you ever get the chance.

Been living in this building for 2 years, its located in a calm street yet its very close to all the major places you need in your daily life.Management team, security and staff are really good, respectful and responsive.Highly recommended for anyone considering moving in :)E.G.

A very good and spacious building in Al Barsha 1. The management and maintenance team are excellent and tend to any complaints immediately.Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the rent is still on the higher side and the building security team needs to be strengthened.

Amazingly spacious apartments with fully furnished kitchens. Both pool and gym are fantastic. Great location in Al Barsha close to all grocery stores and restaurants. Easy access to Sheikh Zayed road.

The building might have a good location and an amazing design but my husband and I are shocked with the the bad quality of the building construction and the poor plumping system in the house!
