When you find so many negative reviews pointing out, here is one more review.Lets start from the START.1. No name to the building at the entrance. When you share the GPS coordinates with an outsider, he/she stands at the entrance of the other building.2. Entrance barriers work weirdly. The entry & exit is very tricky. (Causes damage or scratches to the cars).3. Poor parking systems. Parking space is super compressed. No way that you can get down freely, while you mind to not hit others car with your car door. Thats a everyday challenge.4. Algorithms of lift systems are super. All you need to do is call the lift a day before, so that you can go up or down today.5. Door latch system - wait for a day that either you are stuck in or out of your house.6. Kitchen sink, and the wash basins leak. Do not count on the maintenance team. They wont come. if they do, he might not be the right guy.7. Washrooms - They stink.8. Floor tiles - The washroom floor tiles are slippery. Wash it with anything, they remain slippery. Also the floors are uneven in the washroom. The floor wipes are of no use.9. Walls - Super delicate. You dont need a hammer or a drill. Your fist will do the job.10. AC & exhausts- Poor setting mode on the controller. It gets too cold, or sometimes too hot. No chance you are able to condition the air.11. Building management- Poor maintenance of the building in and out.Well there are other points too. I just dont wish to waste more time.There is one positive point. You are free to move out after the end of the contract.

A very large space and V.GOOD rent, if you are looking for a place for your family, I think you will like this place, the building suffers from some maintenance problems, this is normal for a brand new building as my 10 year experience in engineer, and the owner offers a free month and free maintenance.The landlord needs to increase the number of maintenance workers so that they can finish the work perfectly.I basically came to the building opposite it, both are the same price but the size of the apartment is half

This has been the worst apartment we had ever stayed in Dubai. When we moved in, the building was still under construction and we were told it will be ready in a couple of weeks, which eventually took months. The apartment has so many flaws, tiles cracked, grouting not properly done, some walls in our apartment have water leakage (till now they disnt repaint that area, its been almost a year) all finishing in general have some issues. The fire alarm is not even properly working, most of the time the alarm goes off in the middle of the night. The parking is very disorganized, the parking plan is not followed. The AC has a major issue, it is not cooling most of the time (imagine yourself in a sauna between June-Aug.) The Building Maintenance is slow, can’t even properly resolve the issue… it is close to non-existent.The apartment is huge but if you need peace of mind, DON’T stay here. It is not worth it!

The most worst building i ever stay in, cheap quality finishing, bad cleaning, bad maintenance, bad security, bad building management. sewerage smell in the toilets and garbage smell in corridors.

Disgusting plumbing. Sewerage smell in e toilets and sinks.No ventilation in bathrooms.Leaking sink in kitchen.Unresponsive management and poor maintenance .Can’t wait to leave .

Sewage system and exhaust is very bad in the building. You always get sewage smell inside your washroom and this goes inside the AC and spread throughout the flat. There is no fresh air inside the flat. Only plus is the building is spacious but the smell makes it worst to stay.

This building has huge size 1bhk apartments which is not common to find these days

Worst place to live in, all toilets has leaking issue , seaware water is flooding in the bathroom. the maintenance team keep blame each other and no one fixes the issues.
