You can hear the normal street noise very clearly from the apartments facing the street. the windows are not sound proof. the super cars will definitely wake you up at night. ear plugs will be a must have.

I have just moved to LIV Residence and I have to say, I am super happy- love waking up to my Marina view, the kitchen is chic and modern with lots of storage cupboards- The kitchen has more storage cabinets than my previous villa in Dubai had. I would recommend this building to my friends.

We were in the market for a few years, and with a second child on the way, we decided to buy at LIV Residence. The staff were very lovely and accommodating, our deciding factor was the unit design and the maids room. We love the layout of our home, weve been here for a month now, and the location is great as we are beach lovers and can walk to the beach.

Yaz, is probably one of the most talented barbers you will ever meet. His professionalism, attitude, friendliness and pure talent is what is needed for any business. Fade n shave is the best barbershop in town, this one here in LIV tower is beautiful. With Yaz running it, I have no doubt it is going to be the best branch. I’ve been a regular, and I refuse to get a haircut anywhere else on earth. Thank you guys, and especially Yaz for all that you do.

The worst finishing of any similar project in Dubai. The owner/developer has compromised significantly on quality and on the contracting company that handled the project. I bought a 3 bedroom. Great location and nice view but definitely not worth the money paid with the horrible low quality cheap material and finishing work. After sales service gets a zero score.Update 12 September 2020:It’s been 5 days now since I moved in after serious work to upgrade my flat at my own cost. Changed the cheap tiles (sourced by LIV from China while they continued to claim it’s from Italy) with bad grouting, had to do a lot of levelling for the ceiling, in addition to few other changes. While I did upgrade the appearance of my flat, all the A/C and drainage systems seems to be of a bad quality too.1. A serious noise comes out of the A/C every other day shaking the entire apartment/floor. This is because of pressure on the chiller which the contractor fails to rectify every time. I came to know that many other residents complained of the same. The main reason I am updating this review is that the noise woke me up just now at 2:30am!2. The washing machine built-in cabinet is a joke. Measurements of the cabinet did not take into consideration the space needed for the pipes and wires behind the machine. It was funny (and sad!) seeing too many residents, including myself, returning the machine they bought and having to settle for the smallest machine possible.3. The drainage system is blocked and is not connected properly. When I turn my washing machine on the bathroom of the master bedroom floods with water.4. The main door and all doors inside the apartment are not made of wood but rather some other material that contains plastic. The color peels off when you put paper tape on it when painting the walls, and, the door itself cannot be painted at all! LIV claims to have bought the doors from Italy, funny enough. I came to know that they have all been sourced locally.Conclusion: I do not recommend purchasing from LIV, not now, not in the future. They have picked the worst contractor possible, they have used cheap material in most cases, they rushed handover during corona and that added to their bad finishing quality, and their management care less about any complaint you have after they receive their money. Save your money for other better quality projects.

Moving in is always late! We have terminated our rental apartment in Germany to move into the apartment in the LIV that we bought on the move-in date on July 31, 2019. The date shifts constantly, on the 30.10.19 then on the 31.01.20 and now again on the 15.04.20 !!!!!!! We have been homeless since !!!! We pay for Airbnb and flights from Germany to Dubai! That is rude!!! We ask a thousand times and nobody feels responsible! The apartment does not correspond to the expose! Because any cabinets are simply installed that were not intended! Now the furniture will not fit in one room! The big question is whether we will move in this year! Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!

Such a bad Company, they made me sick. Got a burnout now and not able to travel anymore. Just making problems, changing dates as well ignoring their customers who paid. For me they destroyed my live. I am homeless with a burnout now and still making troubles with me.If i had the energy and patience i would fight with lawyer. I have so much documentations from doctors 😡😡I did not just lost my health, i lost as well my live with our private items in a container cause they are destroyed now over the time in a container in dubai. I really have no words for this ahole people who are managing all.

Amazing appartment and osom marina and sea view

LIV Residence Dubai Marina - a G+27 residential development in the heart of Dubai Marina. Walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants at JBR, Dubai Marina metro and tram stations. The elegant tower neighbors Grosvenor House, Ritz Carlton, and Intercontinental Dubai Marina; and features studios, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses.

Giving zero stars if it was possible. Same experience as previous post. LIV Developers already missed four handover dates. The last date was 15-4-20 and it just passed without any communication whatsoever. Inquiries are simply being ignored and remain unanswered. Times might be unprecedented, but that should not prevent any organization from being professional. I would never buy from LIV Developers again.
