If you gonna rent here and looking forward to enjoy a peaceful possession in your rented premises! I would like to inform you they will do maintenance to the non rented apartments near you with a loud drilling sound starting from 10 am or maybe earlier every Friday, and however you complaint or not it wont change anythingEven 1 star is too much for you, the worst experienceDont rent in alawar building

I would like to thanks al Awar management, i have been here for 5 years and so sad to leave due to lost of job, it was great time here , very comfortable place and nearby and had good experience with the team, they are so friendly and ready to help anytime , they helped me a lot during lockdown and they understand my situation, i recommended tenants to stay here , and u will not be regrets. Thank you again al awar management.
