Worst Management staff. Poor condition of cleanliness and lifts are in very bad conditions.Every time management staff threaten to check your flat even if u are bringing in a table or anything.Do not fall in cheap rent trap. It is worst building to live in. You will find much better options in barsha heights.

VERY POOR MAINTENANCE. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDING TO MY FRIENDS AS IT HAS TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE TEAM. THEY CARE ONLY FOR THE MONEY NOT THE PEOPLE LIVING IN HERE. ALLAH IS WATCHING!!!!

The management is not honest. They keep me waiting for my deposit.They get everything from you keys, final bill.They said in 3 weeks you ll get your deposit. After 6 weeks nothing is return. They use situation to delay or to keep the money.

The worst tower ever.The tower is soooo crowded because of sharingYou have to wait between 8 ~ 15 minutes for the elevator to come.The management is useless when the elevator stoped working, it took them more than one month to fix it.

Nice place to live, has a pool, gym and security services. Accessible to all public transportation and private. There is a big parking area from inside to outside. Good for everyone including families, there is a play ground for the kids too.

You need wait for Building lift 30 minutes to 1 hrs every day maintenance is bed management only need money they dont care about people full bachelor building family cant stand on lift because to much people

It seems that the maintenance of the building doesnt want to work...AC in the hallway of lift is not working for almost 1 month...Now our inside apartment AC is not working i called the tel no. of maintenance from 9am to 1pm but nobody answers..i went down to their office and there was someone in the maintenance table playing with his mobile ..I asked why nobody answer he said he was out(so out the whole time?)...I requested for AC cleaning, he then took my details and told me he will send after half an hour....30mins passed nobody came..i went down again at 2pm and he said another half an hour..nobody came....so i called at 5:30pm he answered and said after ten minutes.. its 8.22pm ..still nobody came its too hot..AC complaints should be attended quickly..Or they just dont want to work.?

Lived for 6 years in this buiding but maintenance has been deteriorating everyday. Please avoid and do not fall into trap of low rents. Lowe rents are for a reason.1. Owners do not look after the building at all and maintenance company is not upto the mark.2. Lease out to familes but building is somehow full of sharing accomodations3. Management says no pets but tenants still keep pets and security guards are dummies watching pets go in and out of elevator.4. This month all lifts ended up not working properly for 4 days createing chaos and inconvenience to tenants. Maintenance team was not bothered and police was called who them forced them to call technicians. Lifts are not serviced or checked for last 2-3 years (ideally should be checked every 6 month on a highrise)Pleade avoid renting.

I shifted in the building a month ago. This is the worst building in Tecom and the worst building I have ever stayed in.Worst because there is a big team of maintenance including cleaners, MEP technicians etc But Nobody wants to work and that is because they are working in the building for more than 7-8 years and they are like BOSS here.Nobody cleans the corridors, there are 3-5 security personals but Nobody cares about anything.Worst thing is parking issue- you can find each car covers 2 parking (Wrongly parked) but nobody says anything.This is a failure of maintenance and the bigger failure of Management who is paying the salaries but cant get them to work. They all walk here and there and spend the day.You will never find any cleaner to clean the corridors.Dirty and smelly place.Because of this dirtiness and maintenance issue. Almost full building was empty and management had to reduce the flat prices drastically to get people here and We are trapped as well seeing the unbelievable price drop.

I visited from Houston and stayed one night in a Airbnb in one of the apartments room, really crowded and small living space. Do not recommend for any other travelers visiting Dubai.
