Very good well maintained towers at a great location on Dubai Marina. Very good views from top floors at night. Very good for stays. Swimming pools though good could be better maintained.

Apartment in Dubai, very close to the Marina. Living on the second floor gives us the view to the sea and part of the Palm Island. The building is better taken care of (compared to 2 years ago). Own parking space.

It’s hard to find a parking. So, if ever you have a car, you will be having a hard time unless you’re fortunate to find parking outside the stores nearby or you have building parking access. If you have no car, that’s okay because it’s close to the tram.

The neighborhood is the best place to live in. The tower in particular may not have the best management in comparison, though the security takes best efforts to maintain order at weekends and avoid uninvited visitors sabotaging the allotted parking.

4th building Ive lived at in Dubai, by far the worst. Most of the security are unprofessional, racist, harassing and unpleasant. The building is constantly leaking and theres roaches. The price is OK for the size of what you get and the view is nicer on the higher floors, but the management of the building is absolutely shambolic. Much nicer buildings can be found for less in Marina, dont waste your time here.

Nice clean apartment. Basic amenities. Guests can arrange drinking water and groceries from many supermarkets around the building. Great views from balconies. About 2km from Marina mall.

By far the worst building in marina . The building stinks , the security is horrendous. Water leaks in building cannot find one good thing to say about this place. Don’t make the mistake of living here surely you will regret it . Worst marina experience here at tiger. The good reviews for the building are from people sell sharing space here . Yup they openly allow sharing apartments here

The time when I lived there, it was the worst managed apartment building in Marina. Later they installed doors with access cards so all the bed-spaces-bachelors were filtered out. Most of the apartments had AC pipes leakage, zero maintenance was done. I hope now it’s getting better.

Security gives both you and your guests hard time, managrment doesnt care about tenants needs, facilities are restricted to only tenants and not to tenants and friends, you cannot spend quality time with your friends or invite them to enjoybthe facilities together. Cus they wil he kicked out so basically have to go there alone. Will not recommend

I stayed in this tower and its the worst i have ever lived in. All parking area dirty with trash all over the place. Bunat al mustaqbal owners association ripping off people by charging 1000 AED for a lost entrance card. Tiger Group doesnt card what the association does! Rather stay away..

Been live here two months.Worst apartment ever!!!! the securities are so rude!!!!they never show manners to you,worse they provoke you. When you raise a dog ,at least when you come home they know wagging his tail to cheer you.used them to compare with dogs are insulting the dogs.they are worse and I dont want to ruin my day because of them. Wish you have a good experience 😏

A 67 story building. With Good views and location

Truly terrible building. Mostly inhabited by people working in the oldest profession. Utter useless management and maintenance only interested in paid for work - I suffered 5 days without water awaiting a 2 minute fix.Health club is disgusting and dirty as is everywhere and outside pool has been closed for months for a reason i will not go into but is known amongst residents.Thanks to god this was only a temporary stay when between other apartments.Avoid moving here at all costs.

Its not recommended place to live. Special for higher floors. Waiting time for lift exceed 5 minutes or more as not all lift available. Not clean and bad smell in floors corridors.

The most worst gym in Dubai talking about people using equipment of gym without towels there is no hygiene plus for sure bacteria no wet wipes to clean after users, about Maintenance really bad I dont know if dubai municipality check this gym and let people use it, Maintenance really bad elevator never works all together that means crowd morning and evening, hallway must clean every day never happened,

A wonderful place to reside in Dubai

Stayed at an airbnb on the 51st floor. The view alone of the palms was great. The host was welcoming and friendly.

For me it is perfect location to stay in Dubai. Its well connected, Barasti beach and JBR are walking distance. Dubai Marina as well.

A good building but very congested area and parking is a big trouble. High raised but surrounded by many high raise buildings.

Construction noise all day including weekends from the 45th floor.

Building is not carried for, to masker the bad odors they make excessive use of sprays that makes the smell even worse.
