Building is nice and spacious rooms are nice and big , surrounding there is nothing much. Sudden maintenance of the building is a big issue without proper notice. Pool also they have made timings now for men and women seperate so its difficult to go with family - when checked with security they have no information. Chiller is free for 1 yr and next year its charged and outsourced to another company. Good to live here only for 1 yr. 2nd year you have to pay admin fee again.Very few children in the building so families with children might get isolated.

I just lived here for one year and already planning my move out. horrible experience. not renewing at any cost.

Nice clean building.Horrible noise isolation. Virtually every car, every construction noise, every single noise penetrates the rooms and makes it impossible to sleep past 7 am if you are sensitive to noise. Really annoying.

Lovely spacious apartment with great views! Chiller free? yes! But just for first one year.Gym still not ready after one month of moving in..

New building and good apartments.Chiller is free for 1st year and new tenant need to sign a paper for chiller charges 4 to 7 aed per sq ft annually, so be careful.Read contract terms carefully.Maintenance not good, no one come to fix problems or snags.Centerlised gas system but very expensive, cost 150 for recharge and stay for 25 days only in other building its cost aed 60 per month maximum.

Good building, nice layout, good quality material used in building and huge parking area.Gym does not have full equipment only 2 treadmills and 1 cycles plus very few dumbells, no weight no rods and no machines.Maintenance supervisor keep promising to fix necessary issues but never attend complaints.SBK team Sameer really corporate well and helped me to get apparentment on time.
