I have sent them an email inquiry via their website which promises a reply within 24 hours. That happened on 13 August. As of today, 30 August, nobody has bothered to reply to me. If that is what we can call 5 star service, then I am Batman.I hope this negative review can lower your overall GSS and NPS scores. You do not deserve my business, so I already arranged to spend my money somewhere else. Good job to the GM and the team.

The hotel was beautiful including the spacious rooms, multiple bathrooms and the pool. The one thing we would never forget was the hospitality and the service we received each day during breakfast. Matthew and his team went above and beyond to serve us breakfast and the delicious cappuccinos! We would like to thank you guys for the 5 star service we received from you! Till next time!

Fantastic quality apartments and facilities with exceptional service.

Extremely poor attitude, they refused to let a valid driver license inside. Shajeer their manager was very rude with his behavior for letting me in with a valid UAE driver’s license.

Stayed there for 3 days. Excellent place with excellent services and delicious food. It was a little away from metro station.

Interior design are amazing! Especially at the reception lobby, the paintings are amazing! Friendly staff, quality service! Superb!

Unpleasant behaviours of Mega and another Filipina receptionist. Very rude. Shouldn’t be at the reception. I believe they are no longer happy with their jobs!

Terrible place. Absolutely terrible. Worst customer service. Racist people who only respect those who they think are richer. Take unnecessary money and dont spend it efficiently. Has water problems everyday and sometimes goes yellow. Some workers are disturbingly friendly and clearly have bad intentions. I have lived here for many years and strongly Do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Wouldnt even rate this 0 stars.

Great customer service. Excellent maintenance culture. First time I was here was in 2011 and now back again in 2019 and everything is as great as I remember it. The pool at the terrace on 30th floor is a must try.

I currently live here and it is great. It is near most of the malls and great customer service. I would greatly recommend living in this building especially if youre a tourist

Absolutely an excellent residence in Dubai with good location near all major attractions. The duplex apartment is very large and very well furnitured, and has a full kitchen and washing appliances. Roof top swimming pool is also neat and refreshing.Staff are friendly and caring. Breakfast is also excellent with many faraities. The only downside is housekeeping needs improvement. Many thanks to Mr Khusan Khudayberdiev for his distinguish attention during checkin.

Nice place for easy access most of Dubais central.well secured hotel/service apartment.services are generally good, has a good gym and outside swimming pool.however, air conditioning system and especially electricity system are unstable - I think its more fundamental building problem.

Very beautiful and calm, close to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, the steward treats very elegant, attractive views, Jumeirah discounts in the theme park, IMG, very amazing, and entry to the water park for free on a daily basis.Its fault:Breakfast is no variety and less than normal.The attached speech is uncivilized and leaves a negative impression of the place.

There were holidays in the UAE and we were prompted by this hotel. Everything was just great, polite staff, lovely rooms, clean and cozy, a hotel with 5 stars! I especially liked the restaurant, such delicious dishes are nowhere to be found! The guide offered an excursion from the Chance Tours campaign on Sharjah.
