Pleasant welcome by securitystaffs at the entrance make your day wonderful ...the premise seems to be very clean and neat irrespective of its age. Hope I will have good time in my new flat at this tower ..and wish to give the same positive feedback after my stay also ..

Loved our time at Meraiki Towers, felt like leaving home after three years there. It is one of the best locations on Sheikh Zayed road, especially for me and my wife since we work in DIFC and do not drive. Close to the metro, Union Coop right behind and a grocery in the building! The highlight were the staff - warm and friendly security and property managers. They were very helpful during our moving out as well. Huge thank you to Sheba and Aina who helped us with the formalities and early refund of our security deposit! Going to miss you Meraiki Tower but will always call you home.

Beautiful place for corporate accomodation

Spacious apartments but is getting old. Lifts and gym need so much improvement. Owner is holding deposits of tenants for more than 8 months and better homes is of no use so new tenants be careful.

Cheaters they take your money for no reason and they make it impossible to reach the building landlord. If you want respect that’s not the place for you. They never return the security deposit apparently it’s not only for me i heard the same story from 6 other tenants. So when you pay the security know that it won’t be returned.

Been waiting for 5 months for the return of my security deposit even after deducting around 25% of it for no valid reason. I get the usual non-sense response from the property management companys representative, Better Homes, that it is under process. Lol 5 months and still counting to refund peanuts amount.Old and not well maintained. Stay away.

Just another property managed by better homes one of the worst companies to manage a property they will do whatever they can to charge you more fees and more penalties. Rent is a high considering that the building is quite old and many water leakage cases happen frequently. The last time a water leak happened only one elevator was operating to serve 30 floors.

Good location but cheeky landlord and property manager. Been waiting on deposit for months. BetterHomes agency doesn’t care. Stay away!

One of the worst decisions I made in my whole past life! This building is no where close to the standards of living in Dubai. Expect water cuts, lifts to stop working due to major water leaks, parking barrier issues, dust smell all over your apartment from now and then, management that cares only about money and keeping your deposit for ages after you left the building.I can’t believe how low the standards are in this building Please do yourself a favor and don’t move in here.I decided to move out and found a better place already I still shared this feedback to advice you all to not consider this building no matter what.

Not my type of place. Its close to the metro station and thats why they charge a pretty hefty rent. The construction is quite old and it doesnt seem a residential area altogether

The building had a fire incident that the real estate company Betterhomes did not take any responsibility and did not accept any wrongdoing although they silenced the alarm while the fire was going on and the elevators were still running.Also the comments below are right. Dont expect to get your security deposit back. They only take and give nothing back.

6months after moving out with no security deposit returned, and Ive seen that Im not the only one in this situation. Be carefull and avoid it if you care about your money

I feel sorry for everyone who’s staying in this building. Water cuts are a regular thing to expect here. It’s being cut by the maintenance on a daily basis due to a burst that happened a while back and this issue is continues for months. We have kids and the amount of suffering we go through without water to wash or clean is unbelievable.The management are carless and they hire the cheapest most clueless technical teams to save money. Due to the intense water leak they shutdown the lifts because water leaks through all four lefts and it’s a regular story now.My recommendation.. avoid this building even if the rent is 50% less what it’s right now!I only mentioned the maintenance issues they have many other issues like the rude management and how they keep your security deposit for 6 months or more after you exit the building (it happened with all people who exit the building).

Be careful, landlord has been holding peoples deposits and delaying the refund for over 4 months, almost 25 people are still waiting for their money! Betterhomes are powerless to do anything about it...

Every time they close water in all building without any notice even weekend days. ((((Pipe broken))). Then all lift stopped we all to use stairs 24th floor. Verry old building maintenance verry bad.wast of money

Over priced - small kitchen - tiny Parking - old finish WHEN SIGNING A CONTRACT BEWARE THAT THEY DONT PAY YOUR SECURITY BACK IMMEDIATELY U MUST WAIT 60 DAYS AND MORE . !
