Lived here 2010-2013. Well kept apartment

Maintenance and the security is the best!!! However Bldg rules are very severe like school discipline....Had the management being flexible, there would have been nice n friendly environment..

💯 % waste security staff (Name -Ravi)Apartment was great but I am giving one star regarding behavior of the management and security specialy staff Name - Ravi (Tamilnadu)Unpleasant, rules that dont make sense and they dont give a helping hand. If you want live here the apartment and facility is fine, but you will be facing rude management and security.Seriously disappointed

Security aspect is good security staff are cordial.The maintenance part is not satisfactory.periodical srvicing or cleaning of filters etc in AC units not done in the apartments.The maintenance head at Badri building Mr Arun is always hostile to occupants.Demands money for petty repair works inside apartments.Living condition inside apartment not satisfactory.Out side area of apartment such as corridor etc are maintained properly..School buses come infront of the building for pick up and drop of children.Over all review is only Average.

For some reason, no pets are allowed.Not even birds and small animals like hamsters and lizards, etc.Srsly hate living here...
