Without a doubt the best building in the area. All common areas are very well maintained and taken care of, the apartments have a good layout, nice furniture, a very large balcony and a nice community in the building. The carrefour and the pharmacy on ground floor come in very handy of course.One of the best things for me is the management. Very professional, responsive and helpful and they take good care of the building and the apartments.I had a great time here and would recommend it without any hesitation.

Great looking building, the inside very nice and modern. The apartment looks good and spacious. However one bedroom apartment not cheap considering the location.Sport city unfinished city, not much around other than half built building and a lot of sand.

The Receptionist ladys behavior with customers is not good. She is always on mobile. No respect. Hope management will consider this.

The building itself is very nice, security, personal, facilities... everything, except the management company and this review is mostly about them. Me and my friend, we rented 2 studio apts here and it was fine on the beginning . Once contract ended and we decided not to sign for another year, we found out that there are plenty of hidden charges that we were never aware of, some of them are pretty absurd. So... Once you decide to move out you will have to pay for1. The new lock (absurd)2. Price for repainting (this one is fare)3. Price for re-clothing the furniture (arent we paying higher than overage just because apartment is furnished??) absurd.4.some weird chilled water bill (you arent getting a single bill during a year, you are getting all the bills at once when you dont want to renew the contract only (scam) )Then you will find out that the paper, agency gave to you that ironically says TENANCY CONTRACT on it, is just a scam, the real contract is 23 pages and you should knew that (maybe by reading their minds) and you should have requested that, otherwise you arent getting your own contract. Overall if you want to live hassle free life for a year and then get all the hassles of the world at once this may be a good choice for you. Disappointed, and only because of the management company.

The best building in Sports City. Really worth the premium you pay. You wont regret in every way.
