The worst management ever !! I never had an experience like that, disrespectful management with no respect of tenants. The location is in downtown, the building is very nice so you expect to have at least a good service and facilities but unfortunately none was provided , if you have a problem there is no one that you can call or email that can help you, for an answer you need to keep sending emails and hoping someone will answer back, I’m leaving the building now and no one contacted me to tell me the procedure even if I sent an email Asking about everything still no answer back. If there is a problem of maintenance at home after sending the email it takes ages to get a reply and to to have it fixed. Honestly very disappointed!!

Security & privacy 👍. Big & beautiful balcony. No parking space for visitors - neither in the building nor on the roadside. Lobby is partially closed for construction work. Found the wifi password behind the television, on the day of check out. Reception was not reachable.

The building from the outside is very nice and the staff who work in the building are very friendly and helpful. Facilities are good when open, however, we have experienced many problems with the building having moved in under three months ago:1. Skirting coming off the walls.2. Doors not closing properly and scraping against floor.3. Leaks in the bathroom ceilings.4. Leaks under the kitchen sink.5. AC not working and not cooling in certain rooms.6. Smells coming in from AC from other apartments. (Strong cooking and garlic smell).7. Bath fixtures (Taps) loose and not assembled properly.8. Poor communication from building on building updates. e.g. Pool and Gym closed for weeks without explanation (Under maintenance)9. Kitchen Extractor fan broken.10. Floor boards poorly laid in certain areas of the flat (spongy and air beneath)11. Very limited visitor parking which has led to cars parking in our space on multiple occasions.I will comment that all these issues have been addressed by the maintenance team over many visits and they have been quick to look into issues with the apartment.I appreciate this is supposed to be normal for new builds in Dubai, however, it seems like corners have been cut in the construction of the building.

One of the worst buildings I’ve ever lived in. After 7-8 months still one of the bathrooms smell really bad and the technicians of building have visited my house 10+ times but they just can’t fix this issue. And that’s not all every few weeks there are new issues coming up like leaking from ceiling or walls. I understand it’s a new building but the quality is very poor and not worthy of the location. It’s very sad because I love everything else about this building, but the issues and how bad the technician team is making this building a deal breaker for me.

I justed visited here.because one of my site downside this building,choithrams supermarket ,our company safeway fire protection llc done fire fighting work here.

RP Heights is a very nice and fancy building in downtown Dubaï. We would have certainly selected a 2+1 bedroom apartment there if if if.... they had installed an oven instead of a microwave in the kitchen!! How can you imagine a family will cook without a oven in the kitchen?? Landlord was inflexible on that so we decided to rent at Boulevard Point!

Very Poor... No space for Parking outside for visitors... And security wont allow you to park the car inside the building parking...
